  3. See new video interview in the other thread. Mustache is gone already 😍 Happy for the return of 2014 hair now in a light brown 😍😍😍

  4. Maybe??? I still think it’s impossible, but his chubby cheeks likely help the illusion too It’s totally a baby face. He looks like an adorable gay grandma

  5. Click, it’s worth it for the look from Billie at the end......

  6. Or just iPhone quality and natural sun soaked lighting? That’ll wash anyone out. Sorry I just can’t imagine he’s even showering much these days let alone doing make up for a random FaceTime interview 😂

  7. I highly doubt he’s putting on foundation for interviews when he’s at home when he’s not even doing anything to his hair. “We’re all being our scruffy selves”

  8. I see we are working on that 2014 look. Just missing the dreads. if duke can’t get him in for dye & chop we might just have dreads again. Also: ARMS!!!!

  9. Completely different thing. It’s like comparing apples to oranges. There would be a major curiosity factor, and a familiarity and comfort with a lot of the songs. Also, FOAM was unpopular from the first single because it was a very different sound, and some might argue the sound didn’t work for them. Also the image they projected was off-putting. NFM has been very well received from the beginning and people are clamoring for all of the songs to be on streaming. Also, it all seems very natural and not forced.

  10. I refuse to click #DownWiththeStache

  11. Personal connection with fans is important to me, and that has definitely decreased. Probably because he’s busy recording. And I’ve really enjoyed NFM. But for me, and of course this is opinion, the songs are starting to sound the same. Because they are very similar for the last few. If he does continue, I hope he goes in a different direction as far as songs he chooses to cover.

  12. unpopular indeed. for me, its cool to see the dogs and stuff here and there and the occasional glimpse into the private life.. but id much rather have cool songs than lame videos. i can connect just fine through that. let him keep his personal spaces.

  13. I saw someone say on Twitter, “Why does Billie Joe look like a middle aged white woman?” 🤣🤣🤣

  14. It's almost like not showing distain for your fan base and new music pays off.

  15. It was not worth the click #NoStacheBillie

  16. Well the picture quality isn’t that great so that would help but as has hardly done anything with his hair I agree with @jumpsalty it’s a combo of good health/nutrition/genes/skincare and lighting/picture quality.

  17. I think he’s on some kind of strict skin care regimen supervised by Adrienne

  18. I think his skin always looks very smooth and close to perfect so don’t think it’s a filter and honestly putting foundation on just for a 10mins zoom interview doesn’t seem so reasonable to me but idk lol

  19. How is his skin so flawless in this? Is it a filter?

  20. I think it’s good too but I’m suggesting a natural reddish-brown look. It would look very shiny in the sunlight and make a good combination with his curls. I looked at some male hair colors right now lmao

  21. I suppose he gets something done with this next week but as far as I’m concerned this is almost perfect. I’d chop off the blonde parts and it would look nice and natural.

  22. We can't post a comment on his picture but it's probably about George Floyd. Edit: nvm bj edited his hashtag for Floyd.

  23. I think so. It would appeal to a lot of people in the young adult to middle aged demographic who remember these songs. It would have pretty wide appeal. And it would be his first solo project with his actual name on it.

  26. This isn’t the first time that I’ve listened to You Can’t Wrap Your Arm Around A Memory on youtube and then Stay The Night came up next - can the algorithm tell it’s kind of similar? Shows I’d go to: Any early show because nothing tops small shows. I guess there’d be a different charm in seeing them at Gilman or in Bialystok, Poland but it’s te best kind of show One of the super long 21CB era shows where they played lots of rare songs, I’d go with Prague 2010 for sentimental reasons Any Longshot show - it might have taken the spot of FBHT as the best side project The show with Norah Jones because when will that happen again?

  27. Since it seems like the songs won’t be released on digital platforms anytime soon, maybe someone could make a No-Fun Mondays album cover?

  28. For those who want these songs in a streaming playlist (in order without ads) greenday.fm have uploaded them to their audio archive. The ten songs as they stand now make a perfect thirty minute album. Great listen (longer than FOAM) https://greenday.fm/audio/limited-releases/

  29. Tiffany on Billie Joe's version of "I Think We're Alone Now": "I love his version...it's a great song. It's found so many different homes. So, yeah, kudos to Billie, I really love it." http://abcnewsradioonline.com/music-news/2020/5/26/tiffany-on-billie-joes-version-of-i-think-were-alone-now-con.html

  30. Tbf every live album you've ever listened to, at least major label ones, has been reamped, overdubbed, and had standard production tricks like autotune applied to it. At this point expecting an album with a raw sound from any big band is like expecting a magazine cover with no photoshop.
