Like I said over in the GD Instagram thread, I hope this doesn't turn him off to trying to do another live at some point soon. I'd love another cute, intimate one like he did from bed awhile ago. That was so sweet and sleepy Billie is adorable! I'm okay with whatever energy level he chooses to share with us, though. Just seeing his face and hearing his voice makes me happy. Also, I'm just really into AI Billie right now. Probably because I've been reading a lot about GD's history and how they reinvented themselves in that era. God, he was beautiful then. I so miss the eyeliner! I hope he'll wear it again. This last one is one of my favorite pictures of him.

Well I certainly hope that Billie's own unsuccessful attempt at doing a live on his account doesn't discourage him from trying again sometime soon. I'd love another super sweet, intimate live like that one he did from bed. That was so awesome! Sleepy Billie is very cute and I hope to see that again, but I'd take anything he's willing to give us.

According to Wikapedia (so who knows how reliable this is) Rivers said in a Zoom call last week that the release of Van Weezer is postponed indefinitely. I liked "End of the Game" was looking forward to the rest of that album

Before I was hoping they'd just reschedule to next year, but now that I'm laid off work I'm selfishly hoping they'll just outright cancel so I can get my money back... $245 is quite a bit of money I could do with right now. As someone said, even next year for this could be iffy now. As much as I'd also like to see Weezer and FOB (yes, I am one of those people), at this point I'd rather just have them cancel and maybe do a smaller club tour, should it be allowed in 2021. Just give us answers, dammit.

I love them all, but can definitely hear a totally different feeling with this: Fire Ready Aim, Teenager and Stab you in the heart - GONE. I like those songs, but are the weakest leaks.

Cancel everything except the show in Toronto.

I have lost a bit of respect for a lot of artists postponing album releases right now. I understand they want to tour them but they can do that afterwards. Nobody was going to lose interest in Lady Gaga, Weezer, or Lamb Of God. Another excuse I have heard is that the manufacturing companies weren't able to produce enough of the physical copies in time. But they can still release digitally on the original release date. Asking Alexandria is doing this with their new album, physical copies shipped when they are ready. Postponing just feels like a cash grab, especially in a time where people could use music the most. The biggest offender to me was the Grey Daze album that was supposed to be released being pushed back. Anyway, with that rant out of the way, I'm still trying to hold out the tiniest sliver of hope for at least the August dates (even though I highly doubt it'll happen).

Bands would rather release and promote music properly when this is over. Foo Fighters were meant to have an album, or at least a single, out by now according to their management. Its been postponed.

According to Rivers VW is being delayed. Supposedly there's another single coming before the end of the month.

They just laid off all event staff at Oracle park. So looks like no concert in july.

It always has been that the old era ends with a new album first single release. 2021 summer? Until then we should be full of piss and vinegar in Graffitia, by the river drinking whiskey.
