And that's how it should be. When you zoom in (for research), most of the "hairs" are actually sweat trails. Thank you @solongfromthestars for this gift!5 points

The article failed to mention the best musician soap star ever that I’m sure Billie is aware of and that’s Rick Springfield. When I was a kid, I first saw (and had a crush on) him playing Noah Drake on General Hospital.2 points

Thanks for caring that it's my photo! Those repost accounts piss me off.2 points

It doesn't, so let's move the discussion along now and continue talking about other Instagram posts. Reminder of the guidelines for this thread:2 points

also, it’s likely not only up to them. Public health authorities have a say in this.2 points

Sounds like that guy(the boyfriend) wanted his 15 minutes of fame to make up a story like this🧐 Oh damn he's so hot😍😍😍😍😍2 points

I really think this incident is being blown out of proportion, which seems to be normal for the band these days2 points

I know it's off topic, but re-recording their first two albums would be so unnecessary. That's energy they should put into new music instead.2 points

Right. AYE is awful, not the melody itself but the chipmunk effect is annoying. And it sounds so flat, like the song was forced to be catchy. I still can't figure it out why they chose the song as a single. It's clearly one of the most boring2 points

You are not crazy. The "AYE" EXISTS.2 points

My gosh my mom will never shut up about Rick Springfield on General Hospital. Of course, she had the hots for him. I mean, he's a pretty good looking guy, so I get it1 point

Y'know when I was driving this morning I heard Good Riddance & Oh Yeah on the radio. I don't even care now that it is a greatest hits tour - I will be happy with whatever setlist they bring but of course KFAD just needs to fcuk off.1 point

I need you to show me the way Mushrooms are expensive too and you can never guarantee the shipment will arrive1 point

Down with the public health authority cause I wanna be the diseased! one light / one mind / coughing in the dark blinded by the virus and a bunch of stopping hearts for sneezing out loud she screamed bless me! a free for all / infect them / you are the virus and you killed yourself! GET IT! No, Tre. I don't.1 point

The RevRad “Knowledge” guitar for sale. Proceeds go to ALS research in honor of Kim Shattuck from the Muffs/Pixies/The Pandora’s. Hans (Billie’s tech) is the seller. reverb link: https://reverb.com/item/32741827-green-day-knowledge-epiphone-in-kim-shattuck-s-memory-all-proceeds-going-to-als-research1 point

I have not heard the chipmunk thing, so I'll try and forget I ever read this before listening again. I know once I heard an annoying sound in a song, I can never unhear it. I don't want this song ruined for me. To answer your question, I think Tre Cool was who OK'd it. Stab you in the Heart and Fire Ready Whatever are definitely the weaker tracks for me. Come on Billie, you don't need to stab or shoot anybody. Peace and love, Billie Joe!1 point

Weird. I know they had Gods Favorite Band. I found out the hard way that the CD copy that was gifted to me was from Walmart 😤 I appreciate the gesture but I need to find a nice way to say please don't get my CDs from Walmart!1 point

It's mixed into my running playlist. I've been refining my race running list for a 10k I have in a month. When Sugar Youth and Stab on come it's an instant energy burst that I need around mile 4.5-5.51 point

As soon as BJ said this was going to be a greatest hits tour I stopped listening to the album.1 point

It seems to me that this will inevitably lead to him doing something stupid (as he did several times in the past) and I guess it's necessary in a way, but at the same time I hope it's nothing too bad.1 point

They should play Greenville, South Carolina every day from now until China is safe again. And then after that too.1 point

I didn't realize a photo posted by a fan (also why was it posted to GD insta thread and not the fan photo thread???) needed such a debate as to Billie's "intentions". Good 'ole GDC...1 point

Managed to score a clear vinyl copy of Demolicious for 25 bucks!1 point

He could be using the whole story and Billie's fame to boost traffic onto his social media page. Everyone loves attention nowadays and will manufacture a story to get it. My question is what's wrong with this dude? If this was me I wouldn't be behind them shooting a story I'd be right up in there having a good time with Billie. I didn't see anything inappropriate they're both clearly having a good time. It could have literally been a joke... we can't really convey the tone of the person who shot the story and posted it1 point

You only need to listen both versions of Welcome to paradise, or the live versions of the dookie era of going to pasalaqua 2000 lights, one of my lies, or christie road to compare and see the big difference1 point

I think it’s obvious that they all were just having fun so but it’s kinda an unnecessary caption to write imo. It could make people suspicious even though they can guess that it’s not likely and just joking around but yeah no need to take it that seriously1 point

If the girl was actually upset I wouldn't dismiss it. Since it seems she's not, it's a bit of a coincidence they've got multiple videos and photos but none of Billie keep touching her. That implies it was nothing. I get why people might find it unsettling though. It reminds me of 2012.1 point

Leeds 2017? That was the first RevRad show where they played Armatage Shanks. They played it again in Chula Vista. The last performance was in Buenos Aires.1 point

I like this album a whole lot. I think the only song I'm not the biggest fan of is Stab You In The Heart. I don't dislike it, but I don't love it. Also, I really like Junkies On A High, but I'm super fucking annoyed by the stupid chipmunk "AYE" or whatever it is. I've always hated that kind of effect in music and am very disappointed that it's infected an otherwise stellar GD song. Who okayed that?! Please tell me someone knows what I'm talking about and that I don't sound like a crazy person.1 point
