FYI while posting a youtube video or Billie flashing his bum is ok, posting full frontal nude photos (or links to them) isn't allowed on GDC (I removed them from the previous page). Also maybe a general reminder about where we draw the line in this thread is needed? The idea is that it's for appreciating the band members' looks and/or talents. Discussing their personal lives, or going over the line into posting sexual thoughts or fantasies about them/what you'd like to do to them etc or like, talking about what dick size you'd prefer them to have is to be avoided. Not saying all these things necessarily apply to to these last couple of pages (because I don't think they fully do) but this is just the general guideline and it does get gone over sometimes. I think it would be interesting if you could show 1991 Billie a pic of 2019 Billie's tattoos and see his reaction. Think of the story they tell. He would see that he got two more Adrienne tattoos, wonder who Joey and Jakob are, etc. This gets wrongly reported. Billie's been asked about it in a couple interviews, and he's said none of the songs on Dookie are about Adrienne.

Knowing also that at the same time Amanda dumped him in late 1993 he had also signed with Warners and got kicked out of Gilman for it and trashed by his whole community that he considered his home and family it was a lot of rejection/abandonment at once so that may have added to his feelings. Hard for anybody but losing a parent at ten can cause lifelong fears of abandonment.

This video really fascinated me now that I’ve really watched it all the way through. At one point he shows them his 80 tattoo and is explaining that it’s “about a girl” and the British guys are laughing about having a number as a nickname. They’re talking about his future wife and mother of his children and Billie has no idea at that point, because they were far apart and seeing other people. Then just the fact that he’s so normal and such a kid, not knowing that 3 years from then they would be one of the biggest bands on the planet and plastered all over magazines. Oh and his exhibitionism was on display even then. Showing his penis, pulling his pants down, showing tattoos on his hips, and pulling his shirt up to draw on his body.

I always thought GD would be the perfect half time show. Would have been perfect in 05 when they still included rock acts in the Madden games. It doesn't seem to be as much as a fit nowadays.
