I remember when that video of Billie wearing the unicorn mask came out at the end of RevRad, and anytime I wanted to find it, all I had to do was search "unicorn", boom, no problem. Because how often did anyone mention that word on a Green Day forum? Now? 331 results for unicorn and 56 for unicorns.

I’d like to think that the people who aren’t rushing to social media to bitch are more positive about this decision. Remember, commenters are only a fraction of the audience. As GDC is only a fraction of Green Day’s fans.

So wait is the all star game televised? I totally forgot about this.

Viewer ship (Tv) of the all star game is .... meh. the crowd at the game is usually large/sold out. TV only shows 1 maybe 2 songs of the entertainment.

Yeah I kind of wonder whether this whole NHL thing is an actual win for them. Seems like the wrong audience.

That and the safety hazard of pyrotechnics on an ice rink.

2 months till this album comes out and 5 months till I finally get to see after 7 year break my favorite band live! Oh boy how good have they sounded this year.. I hope the album is not overfiltered mess but even if it would be, I'm sure live perfomances would make songs sound better (just listen Father of All!). If they're ever gonna play Fire, Ready, Aim, it's surely happening next month, right? They're playing on hockey arena, so why not debut that song there?

I felt that on a high level. I don't care for weezer or FOB. I really do want to see GD because I missed them the last time they came to my city, but idk if I'm ready to fork out the cash (last time I checked ticketmaster, standing room tix were like $600+) and sit through the other 2 just to get to GD...

when talking about Dirty Rotten Bastards, everyone just talks about Mike's epic bass part or how the tune is Christmassy... but nobody talks about what a hopeless, depressing, and heartbreaking song this is. It's beautiful in a painful way, and just excruciating, heavily relatable to anyone who has ever felt so far gone that there was no hope left. It's even more so than Restless Heart Syndrome... especially the "carried away" part

So you’re actually going to sit here and tell me that songs like Bang Bang, Revolution Radio, Still Breathing, and Forever Now have no effort put into them, despite the fact that there is a ton of emotional and political baggage on display?
