I was just thinking about how much I love the song Whatsername. It's probably one of my favorite GD songs and my favorite song on AI and I wish they would play it more. I love the sadness and intensity of it and how it starts and ends so softly. Such a fantastic song!

Just watched the KROQ concert- plenty of bellie action during Bang Bang. Also loved Kevin attempting to get the guitar from Billie at the beginning of it.

Damn it was also my 10 year anniversary of seeing them the first time on the 23rd. Totally brilliant show and so awesome to meet loads of GDCers that I'm still friends with today. Getting to see Green Day live with my sister was amazing but meeting everyone and the community spirit there made it extra special, I can thank GDC for that Will also be my 10 year anniversary of seeing FBHT on the 1st . I never would have been there if it wasn't for GDC and my Green Day friends (probably wouldn't have even known about it nor had the balls to go to London with no guarantee of a ticket without the encouragement and help of great people). It was the best show I'll ever see and I'll remember it forever.

Hats off to both you and your mum. 👏👏👏 I am nearly ages with your mum but without her major health problems and gigs have become seriously hard work in the last few years. I have noticed of late that I am subjected to more and more ageists comments which, frankly, make me crazy. I feel like telling those people that sex was not invented in the last 20 years, nor was punk or rock music or many other things, e.g. exercise and gyms for women were largely fought for by our generation. However, thankfully there are always people who’s behaviour is so awesome, they makes up for those others. I have no idea how your mum manages to do what she does, but I wish her many more great gig experiences and kudos to you too for recognising how awesome she is, supporting her and highlighting these issues. 🦄🦄

Guys, I got dinner with my coworker and friend tonight and we talked a lot about various things and eventually got to talking about boys and she asked me what my "type" is. Of course I said "Well, Billie Joe Armstrong". And started talking about how I love his fluffy hair, eyeliner, tattoos, etc. and that he has the appearance of bad boy on the outside but is a super sweet boy on the inside. She agreed that eyeliner works for well for him, but also couldn't remember exactly what he looks like. Cue me showing her a picture on my phone. She was like "Oh, he's really good looking. I can see why you like him. He has a really nice face". She also said she thinks he has a nice mouth. I just had to share this because I was practically screaming inside because I was so happy that she thinks he's hot. None of my close friends care for him, so I'm super glad that my coworker can appreciate his beauty. Look at this gorgeous booooooyyyyy!!!

I always think back to it as an abnormally great period in my life and my favorite Green Day period . One thing I miss even more than RevRad is Billie's longer hair in the back: but this was good as well

This is going to sound weird, but I would love to have Billie’s eye structure. He has beautiful eye sockets and eyelids. Does anyone know what I mean? Not just the shape of his eyes but the fact that they’re set just the right depth. He’s more beautiful than a lot of women who are considered beautiful.

Robert Smith's eyeliner is iconic in its own way anyway but considering this was only a couple of years ago I don't think there's any question that Billie could still pull it off! I think maybe it's just that the look they've gone for with FOAM is already so glam (fabulous shiny stars and leopard print and leather trousers etc) that they might think too much eyeliner would be overdoing it. He still has a touch of it.

I love this era so much right now and while I agree with @The Bellie that not many people Billie’s age wear their hair like this I would say most most can’t as they don’t have the quantity or quality of hair and if they did they would just look ridiculous. To be fair, if Billie wore his hair like this with this dad look, he wouldn’t look as good as he does in these but my god, this man still looks like the world stomping rock star he is! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ So watching the Kimmel performance again, is there a gold and silver version of the leopard jacket, the Kimmel one looks much yellower? Also, the jacket with the little star was great and did anyone clock the black jacket with bigger black star he wore for the interview tin Rivers and Pete? Hoping for more of these, they are great.
