I will try to post more often now that I'm done with the crazy school. I just want to have fun again. So here is a funny, but cute Billie. And another one with some bellie:6 points

Can we please talk about the teeny tiny image that was at the bottom of the facetime pic posted on Instagram. Billie looks so chilled and happy, as does Adie. I have always loved those glasses on him, we have chin, gentle smile, loving eyes and much floof. Pretty near perfect!5 points

My favourite stage-toilet story is Mike having diarrhea so he had to shit in a stage side bucket between songs. That's dedication.5 points

And he could have told them we don’t know if he did or didn’t but again boils down to that the producer doesn’t have final say they can suggest things all day to they are blue in the face but if the band doesn’t wanna do it or take heed it’ll fall on deaf ears3 points

I enjoyed the trilogy promo as it was happening. It was a fun and exciting time - more so than 21st Century Breakdown's promo with that being so serious and taking a more obvious toll on the band. Even playing Angry Birds was tempting because I wanted to hear the song snippets If the band had a say in that (which I doubt they really did) that was probably their thinking too. They were excited and wanted to get the music out there however they could.3 points

I think it probably just seems more obvious that there was any problem with the albums or promotion in hindsight. At the time they probably didn't think they were undercooked, they were happy with them and most fans were liking the songs when they first came out too. And promo stuff wasn't that odd, they were just promoting their album in the ways available. Wasn't the first time they'd done somewhat cheesy promotion, they had those ringtones and every kind of merchandise you could think of for American Idiot and 21 Guns in Transformers 2 etc. If iHeart/Billie needing rehab and cancelled shows right as the albums came out hadn't wrecked the whole Uno Dos Tre era I doubt the albums themselves or the promotion would be seen as nearly as much of a mistake or anything that should've been a cause for concern now.3 points

Some more goofy/cute Billie pics. I especially love the chinny ones. ^ They're the best.2 points

One of my coworkers is always bothered when I put on my Longshot shirt. He is a massive comicbook fan and it bothers him that Billie's band used the same typo as the comicbook of the same name. He complains about this fact everytimes I put my shirt on. I told him yesterday that if he had a problem with my shirt, he should send his complains to Billie.2 points

I was super excited when Billie played snippets of the songs from his phone during some radio show. That was badass2 points

Billie himself wanted to carry on, he's a workaholic. When I saw them in London in 2012 they were really late on stage and it wasn't until months later after iHeart (that interview you posted is from right before the iHeart show when he was drunk as hell btw so no surprise he was acting like that during it) and rehab had happened that he revealed the reason for that was his manager/people had been trying to get him to cancel the show and go to rehab that day because they knew he needed it but he refused because he wanted to play the show. I'm sure that knowing others had a stake in it contributed to it but it was ultimately up to him whether to stop or not, his management had been trying to get him to and his bandmates would've supported him. We don't know in what ways Mike and Tre or others close to him tried to help him so I don't think you can judge anyone around him, it was his own responsibility and choice.2 points

How do we know what he does when he's out of sight? He may as well be peeing into a bucket and then shake hands with you2 points

Yep, Glasgow, I think it was June 2010 21CBD tour, laid blue on the stage and dashed off, he wasn’t gone long 😂😂2 points

The oh love video is all about this cheeky sideways glance... I don't deny the scantily glad ladies, but our boys are looking fine too, it all equals out 😍2 points

@Beerjeezus i saw this earlier (there's even more recent one about his PVHS concert post). Talk about click-baiting and SLOW news...1 point

I don't think so and that would make opioids the only drug type he hasn't mentioned doing.1 point

I'm sad I just missed the era of Green Day in Claire's I did have these though In other news I made a RevRad jacket for Animal Crossing New Leaf. If anyone is still playing and wants to wear it, speak to Sable to scan the QR codes! 4/4 codes are here1 point

Obviously. To me I just understand a band can get ahead of themselves and that's the producers job to bring them back to reality. And if you watch Quatro all Rob is saying is how every song is good and it's important to release everything. Obviously even if he had told them privately they shouldn't release everything they wouldn't put it on the DVD I'm just saying.1 point
-
Oh yeah! People were bothered by it at the time too, I just never knew why it was the limit when they'd just had a song in Transformers 2 with the last album1 point
-
All I think after that Convo is how I forgot there was green day angry birds 🙄1 point
-
Well obviously it's all on billie. We were just commenting on others position in it. Rob's job should have been to tell them as a producer to not release 37 songs and work more on 15 of them and release that.1 point

Billie claims 5'8" ("I'm only about 5'8" he said) but I think that's only in his dreams . The consensus of 5'7" seems accurate, he's about an inch taller than Tre and no more than 2 or 3 inches shorter than Mike. So yeah he'd be about 1.70 m1 point

I don't blame Billie because he likely wasn't able to make a best judgement, but what seems weird to me is that how the fuck wasn't anyone else able to see the album wasn't heading towards a shitshow. It's almost like the rest of the band, Rob Cavallo or anyone else who worked on it were as unable of self-reflection as him.1 point
-
It was meant to be a documentary on Green Day's beginnings then it turned out to be more about the scene as a whole...it might be they're still doing the one about themselves.1 point

The thumbnail on that video made me snort with laughter! It's just priceless! 😂 So many chins!1 point

My main problem with the Oh Love music video is that I get really frustrated whenever the camera isn't on Billie. Like, I don't want to watch a bunch of almost naked women! I want to look at Billie and the rest of the band! Any time they're on screen is time that's taken away from the real eye candy. I mean, fuck! Just look at this!1 point

I had one of those “you know you’re a fangirl” moments during a game of scrabble earlier today. I spelled out the word “bello” and insisted upon its legitimacy. “Sure, it’s a word: Bello - a plump little belly belonging to Billo (Billie Joe).” I must confess, I watched that bellie zoom-in about a dozen times over. There’s something so enticing about that little bellie of his, as weird as that may sound. It looks so cuddly and squishy; seeing that pudge on him just fills me with the warm and fuzzies!1 point

No you’re not missing anything, it’s cringey and out of character for them, even given the party theme of the trilogy. 🤮1 point

I was looking for Hitchin a ride random noises and fell on this video. At the beginning there's a great zoom on his bellie . Then a lot of zooms on his face, hawt and funny expressions, sweat flying off his hair, and random noises at 1:51. Also at 2:44 he seems about to laugh while talking, too cute.1 point

You know you're a fangirl when you find his random noises adorable.1 point

Of course! When is he not beautiful? Except for when he has a beard. Closed eyes and butt curve.1 point

I would be unable to come here on a phone, computer is so much cozier. I'm also amazed at how many people can write so fast on a phone. I'm in the average on a computer but on a phone, I'm at 1 finger and it's not gonna improve much I think Billie playing the harmonica ^ I love the curve of his back with his butt hips that accompanies that of his bellie Shows better in these pics1 point

When you can’t allow yourself to so much as mention Green Day in certain social settings, because you know that once you start talking about them you won’t be able to stop.1 point

I think you're right about the angle. I've just seen this pic which must be from Mike's birthday party (he's wearing the same shirt and necklace as in the photos Adrienne posted) and I see no difference in his face... ...which is nice because I like him both slim and a little chubbier. 😁1 point

Confession time! Since that IS what this thread is for anyway. I thought I'd share the vastness of my collection of GD pictures and videos with all of you. This number is just Billie. There is easily another thousand pictures of the whole band: My GD videos folder takes up over 60 GB, and that's not even all of them: And here's a picture of a cute fluff just because:1 point
