The only thing that I find to slightly disserve him is the suit, but considering the whole picture, it doesn't look so weird . I kinda like the beard. But in that type of context. Not to be the next GD album look I know this must be a photo taken without Billie being aware (although he does look like he's afraid of that), but I think it's one of my fave from the previous Hobo Billie era. And that's some DadBod™

Just been watching Tattoo Fixers Extreme and they played Favourite Son when this women showed her tattoo of her eldest son peeing on her back 😂😂

Seriously, if you don’t know the programme it’s where people come and get their dreadful tattoos covered over. This woman had three kids and her youngest (about 20 or so) brought her in because he was really pissed off that she only had a tattoo of her eldest child and none of the other two. When she revealed the tattoo, it was on her back and was the rear view of a little boy taking a piss; over which was played Favourite Son 😂. I nearly chocked for a number of reasons, I mean who gets a tattoo like that for their child but also, has to be a GD fan, not only cos it’s such a deep track, but they had to be having a laugh about BJ’s habit of pissing wherever suits him 😂😂

Alright thanks gotcha! I wondered because I think it would be cool to find isolated masters of live recordings on YouTube and blend them with the studio instrumentals. For example, how F.O.D's intro would sound like with Billie's guitar with the volume down instead of the Harmony Stella Parlour acoustic he used on the record.

Reflecting on the show on the Member Guest podcast (featuring Linkin Parkbassist Dave Farrell), the sticksman fondly remembers how “chaotic” it was, and that the weather conditions “set up really well for Green Day to take the stage and make all hell break loose”. “’94 Woodstock was a complete shit-show,” he says. “It was a Pepsi-sponsored thing, it was, like, worldwide televised pay-per-view and all that stuff, and every band of significance was there. It was crazy. And of course people start going around the fence and sneaking in, and it kind of became mayhem. And then bad weather came and it was raining like crazy and the whole place became a mud pit. It was pretty chaotic, and set up really well for Green Day to take the stage and make all hell break loose. “All of a sudden a mud fight started happening, and they were throwing it onstage and we were throwing it back and it got all chaotic. We kept trying to play, but Billie [Joe Armstrong, frontman] was getting mud hitting his guitar and Mike [Dirnt, bass] was getting it on his bass and hitting him. They tackled Mike and broke his tooth and chipped his elbow!
