Speaking of his hair, I find him to wear really well the black dying. I've seen other people do it, male or female and it sometimes looks a bit weird on them. But he really pulls it off well. Perhaps the fact it's not too far from his real color (like, he wouldn't be blonde otherwise) helps a bit, even if he doesn't like it About this thread being a lot of fangirling over Billie, I admit I for my part don't fangirl on Mike and Tre separately, but I do when it comes to their relation to Billie and the 3 of them as a band. They are indivisible as Green Day. I love seeing pics of them together, and there are loads of things I love about Mike and Tre even if it's not in a fangirling way. Their personalities, and how they play on stage. I love for instance how Tre and Billie always make eye contact when Billie jumps on the central monitor. It may be small stuff but it's always the kind of stuff that makes me melt. They all make GD the best band. I love these pics of Billie and Mike:4 points

I think this might be my favorite pic of Billie playing the piano the hair, the jacket, the slightly dramatic lighting... 🥰🥰3 points

Now I can't get the image out of my head of Billie hiding behind some monitors and sneakily eating a sandwich. Possibly while making wary glances over his shoulder like he's worried about getting found out or something.3 points

Wow, what complete and absolute nerds, the lot of them. That pic from iHR kind of makes me sad because that was the tipping point for Billie. He looked so pretty then, but when I see pictures from that time I can clearly tell he was not doing well and it's a bummer.2 points

I love how in these pics you have Kevin looking serious, David attempting to look serious, and, well, then there's Billie.2 points

I love how nerdy they are. Clearly this family loves costume parties. I didn’t even realize that was Billie at first.2 points

Because God made a mistake and accidentally poured in the whole bottle of sexy while making him.2 points

If the correct hypothesis is that each time he dies and gets ressurected he comes back slightly more unhinged and withought morals, he's going to be really evil next time he returns.2 points

I don't remember it exactly but I payed something like 50-60€, not more. It's not cheap but a lot less than other big rock bands.1 point

I didn't know either until someone showed up here with the story - it's such a shame we missed it1 point

I agree, that jet black looks totally awesome on him. Whoever dyes/styles his hair when he's on tour/promoting etc does a really good job, it's a great look.1 point

I'm playing Animal Crossing with my mum and my fiancee and one of the villagers said "wild one" so naturally I was like Another villager said it today but I was too busy hammering the B button to get a photo and I'm disappointed1 point

Pardon my girl crush moment in this thread, but Adrienne has been looking stunning at all these parties they’ve been throwing.1 point

I love how each time he has an opportunity to wear a disguise, Billie chooses to go full dork, not caring the slightest about showcasing his physical assets (while another star in his place would, in most cases), yet he totally gets away with it as our fangirling on him never decreases I never watched GoT, is it that addictive?1 point

His natural hair is like a chestnut. Brown. It's dark but not as dark as he dyes it now1 point

Why is Billie dressed in redneck hunting clothes for a GOT party, and what is that monstrosity he’s holding?1 point

Someone on reddit is claiming they know someone who worked at the festival and they said the reason why it was so muddy was that the sewage leaked. So indeed...a shit show.1 point

I love how the announcer praises the security that made sure no one got hurt— no one except the bass player anyway 😂 I wonder why they added so much at the end. There’s an extra five minutes of stage chatter and crowd noise at the end that went beyond the TV broadcast but it’s uninteresting. Would have been cooler to tack on an interview from Woodstock at the end there were a bunch of those.1 point

What a missed opportunity to grow an awful beard though - that would be perfect for a wildling costume.1 point

well you can actually hear the muddy pickups from both the guitar and bass so I definitely can say this remaster is badass1 point

Yeah that’s pretty much all I hear really just a bit of brushing up round the edges, but still a cool reissue and it’s nice to see the guys cementing an iconic piece of their history into their discography1 point

@Joe. No, you're certainly not deaf. The original mix wasn't at all bad for a live mix, but this final mix cleaned up some of the buzzing/rumbling frequencies, giving drums and bass more clarity despite being partially lower in the mix, as well as widening the mix slightly. Again, I think this is definitely a good remix and mastering, not perfect or extraordinary, but good. The actual recordings are of course also higher quality (can be heard especially well if you listen to how much crisper the audience sounds). I don't think there is much to complain about and I wish they did more of this, that is to say, release properly mixed and mastered recordings from the 90s and early 2000s. I own all the live EPs, but they don't compare in terms of sound quality or mastering.1 point

Seriously, I would totally get this! It is like the clock is ticking soooo slow today. Less than 4 hours to go now! LOL! In all seriousness, I hope he hasn't had problems with someone harassing/hacking his accounts. Will miss him when he's "gone", but can't blame the guy in needing to do whatever he needs to do to either maintain boundaries/privacy, or whatever.1 point

It was in Budapest right before Knowledge and Tré was doing some solo-ish kinda thing, I thought it was an unusually long break between songs but it seemed like an instrumental interlude strangely without Billie, but it wasn't otherwise suspicious I don't think it was a regular thing - if I remember correctly the person who saw him said they went to the same show as I did.1 point
