He is an incredibly good jumper! That's something I've always been impressed by. I could never even dream of getting that kind of height. Billie is truly and man of many talents. Like @Hermione said, how does he still have any breath left to sing with? He's so amazing! So powerful and athletic!

I definitely think that there'll be new material someday. An actual album, not until after the next GD one, but it's always possible for more eps when Billie's bored in his garage.

Ok so now we have bellie and little leggies 😂😂 please god don’t let Billie ever read this thread 😂😂 I love his strong, masculine, muscular legs, hereby little leggies. He seems naturally pretty athletic to me. Dont run in Converse boys and girls, much as a I love them, they don’t give the support. I worry about Billie’s knees with the Converse all the time, but noticed he was wearing more traditional shoes/boots more during a Revrad.

I don’t know about releases (new material) but I know they would like to do more live shows (Kevin mentioned it recently). I think that account will stick around for a while, it’s still a viable side project that they all enjoy.

Well, any repetition of American Idiot in that way wouldn't work, because the original American Idiot is such a masterpiece that it holds true until this day. In other words, there really wouldn't be any need for it. I have to say though, I am torn on the issue of political songs. I think in principle, I don't have a problem with them writing politically charged songs. Depending on your interpretation, they've done so since as far back as Dookie or Insomniac, not just since Warning/AI. American Idiot also happens to be my favourite album. That being said, I don't think now would be the time and place for an entirely political album, regardless of how cleverly constructed it may be. I also agree with @Christian's Inferno!'s point on tired clichés and platitudes. The music industry has changed a lot over the years, but so have politics. The last thing that people want these days are empty political slogans, virtue signalling and partisan politics. To be fair to Green Day though, even the songs with more "clichés" than others don't go that far. But my overall point is that writing songs on more concrete issues (like they did recently with "Bang Bang" or like with Holiday in AI) would appear to be the way forward. In conclusion, I will say that my preferred album would be one with a Green Day typical mix of emotions and topics ranging from more personal issues to politics. But in any case, I would prefer lyrics to be clever and concrete, rather than based on clichés and slogans. And if Billie has run out of such ideas in the political sphere, then I'd rather he drop the politics all together and focus on other things.

I'm fine with them being political but I do have a problem with A) Some of their kind of generic clichéd political songs like 99 Revolutions, RevRad and Troubled Times. Not that they're bad songs, I actually like all of them quite a bit but they don't really say anything but clichés unlike in their past political songs. A song like Bang Bang is a much better example of a good modern "political" Green Day song. B) I don't want them to do an Anti-Trump album. We get it Billie, you hate Trump. Guess what, that's not an unpopular opinion. The next album probably won't happen until the next election anyway and I don't think Trump will get a 2nd term I don't think they really care about getting "back on the map". I think they're happy about having 2 massive albums in their career and are fine with just making more music for their fans. I mean, for RevRad they clearly didn't care that much about how well it did since there wasn't that much promotion outside of Bang Bang. I'm honestly gonna be really disappointed if their next album is just American Idiot again but about Trump. That's what is expected and is boring

I was literally in awe of his leggies seeing them live last time, couldn't get over how much energy he has constantly running around and jumping, and with a the weight of a guitar on him and having enough breath to sing powerfully too. It's incredible to watch. I got shin splints just from jogging to work wearing converse, I bow down to his strong little legs.

About Billie's dancer legs, even if he doesn't (really ) dance, what he can do with them is still very impressive, especially considering he doesn't have a training routine specifically for that, apart from the playing routine. He certainly has a natural agility, and doesn't seem to lose it with age . The most impressive are this kind of jumps: Jason's expression is meaningful and when he stands on a leg and raises the other one high: and also these jumps: The figure may not be as impressive, but he does jump high! Imagine the strain on his knees, when he pushes on them and when he comes back down. He has little but strong leggies

Dunno where'd this go but there's been a trend in 2017/2018 of rock bands going a lot more pop-oriented and leaving their harder rock stuff behind like All Time Low and Linkin Park and so on, and i hope Green Day doesn't do that. Its fine to me if i feel they did it for artistic reasons and not just to get top 40 hits, which is why I dont mind Paramore and Sleeping with Sirens doing it and waterparks adding some more poppiness to their latest and such, but it worries me that a lot of bands i like/liked are doing it >.<

It's even fangirlier than that. I didn't Google anything. I looked through the 2,500 plus pictures that I have of Billie and GD on my computer and compiled every one where he's hiding his face. 😂

But he is more muscular now, technically. He has bigger biceps than on the St Jimmy pics above, and maybe more abs as well, under the layer of bellie . The fact he has slightly bigger muscles overall now shows (to me) that being so thin back then was probably not the healthiest for him (even though it wasn't unhealthy as such, he was thin but not skinny! ) I love this pic, the smile soft and cuddly Billie

It's mostly just shadow. His lips are very full and so his mouth is shapely. Lip shadows? More smiles.

Sure did. That was my first GD show (and then I went again to Blossom in Akron over the summer since Ohio is close). I was at Philly for The Longshot show too I travel between cities a lot because most of my friends and family are still in Philly where I’m from. We should try and hook up at a show sometime 🙂 I’m hoping they play the Tower Theatre again next tour as it’s my favorite old Philly venue.

I do prefer a little bit slimmer belly, but he is beautiful no matter what. I actually like it when his face is a little fuller, though. It's very attractive. I think I may have mentioned it before, but I think 21CB is like ideal Billie to me. He was not too thin, but still had a slenderish figure. His jawline was a bit softer than when he was really thin during the AI musical and AI era. Here he's got a strong, well defined physique, but there's still a little bit of hip flesh there to appreciate too. His form is just fucking gorgeous in these! 😍 Not a super flat stomach, but not quite "dadbod" either. And look at this beautiful, perfect face! Just a hint of that second chin and a lovely, rounded jaw. So pretty!

(Yes, that's a compliment ) < Dadbod Honestly, realizing that I find myself more attracted to Billie when he is carrying a bit of weight in the middle has really alleviated the shame I once felt for not having a completely flat stomach, because he taught me that it doesn't take a flat belly or a perfectly toned body to be beautiful. It took me way too long to realize that beauty is totally subjective - that the "ideal" image is not agreed upon unanimously by society. The only thing that should determine whether you should be concerned about your physique is your medical stability and how/if your weight affects that. It's so much easier to say these things than to genuinely believe them, but Billie has definitely helped me take steps towards improving my self-confidence. There have been times where I could've sent myself down a really dangerous road and Billie stepped in and sent me in a more positive direction. A man who I haven't had a single interaction with has impacted me in a way that people I know on a very personal and intimate level have not, and he did so just by existing. He has forever redefined my understanding of beauty, both inside and out. Sorry for the lengthy and somewhat random confession. This has been on my mind a lot lately and I feel that this is the only platform through which I can share these thoughts without facing judgement. I'm also totally exhausted so this may all come across as completely incoherent. My apologies for that.

He's too cute on these pics I can't say I fangirl on him then as I fangirl on him older, but I love to see his evolution from then to now. You can totally recognize his face and he still has that baby face, and yet, there's so much maturity (and sexiness) he gained with the years. I don't know if you already fixed your post, but I can see them He's too cute on the second one even though the AI look (as the 21CB look) is not my favorite. I prefer his hair not too straightened and his face a bit older (especially starting from his 40s). Also, it may sound weird but I like the eyeliner, especially heavy, better now than then, I don't know why . Maybe it's the association of heavy eyeliner and straightened black hair I'm not fond of. I love the early trilogy era when he tried this hair, without eyeliner, and put on a bit of weight (#teamchubbyBillie): or this from the cuatro documentary and during the trilogy when he brought back the fluffy black hair or this haircut (or helmet hair, as we named it ).
