Whoever Billie meant that "now suck it" for, it's cute if he wants other people to suck the lollipop in his place.... (I say in his place since he should supposedly do it, given Adie has posted another one). It could also be a way of ask us to encourage him / taking us as witnesses he will do it (so he says it for himself), or do it with him on our side. Or yeah it could be meant for Kevin after that "you know something about sucking?" I can't find the video for. After analyzing Billie's songs, trying to analyze a 3-word phrase of his on Instagram, and it ain't easier

I have Green Day related dreams pretty damn often, but the most bizarre GD dream I’ve had to date involved a scenario in which I ran into Billie at a public swimming pool and I immediately noticed that he had gained so much weight that he’d practically doubled in size. I approached him and told him that I was concerned for his well being and recommend he go on a strict diet. When he agreed I turned around and was greeted by about twenty people applauding me and thanking me for “knocking some sense into Billie”. In reality, Billie has such a gorgeous little body and waking up to that reality was a huge relief.
