Just been scrolling through pics of Billie on Instagram because I'm missing him like crazy, and it's making me realise that even though I've loved him for years now, I still don't always realise how amazing he truly is. Like, the man is literally perfection. He's kind and compassionate, sweet and caring, he has such a huge heart, he's strong and he has a lot of courage, he's passionate about everything he loves and he stands up for what he believes in, he's open and honest and he pours his absolute heart and soul into every song he writes and every show he plays, he feels things so deeply which I assume can sometimes have a negative effect on him unfortunately but I think that's why he cares about certain things so much and I really admire him for that, he's not afraid to show his emotions, he's a total family man and a wonderful parent, he's talented and incredibly hard-working, he's so loyal and genuine, he's funny and goofy and a little bit awkward at times (in such a lovable way), and yeah he's made mistakes but he's human, and to me his imperfections are what make him perfect. The fact that he's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my entire life is just the cherry on top, he really is the whole package. He's everything I could ever love about somebody, all rolled into a tiny adorable bundle of eyeliner, bellie and fluffy hair. My ideal human.❤️ But yeah, sorry for rambling (I had to get that off my chest). In short, I love Billie Joe Armstrong.❤️

I got a Boulevard of Broken dreams street sign key ring from 2004 from a place in the U.K. called Home bargains strangest place I’ve ever seen Green day merch ever played 49p for it wich is about 64cents. I couldn’t believe it I bought them all at that price I was crazy not to so I have 5 :)!

This just arrived from Italy this morning. It might not be official but it's still really cool: Home Bargains!!! I almost feel like taking a trip down to my local store to see if they have it too! I had one but it broke

I had this dream last night: Billie was about to play a Green Day concert, but Mike and Tré were unavailable for some reason. Instead, Billie had asked some people he knew from 14 years ago. He’d asked them to meet where he was staying so he could give them a run down and get everyone up to speed. In a hallway-like area, there was a round table with two women sitting at it. There were also two boys who I’m guessing were around 11 or 12. I guess each woman had brought her son with her. I was actually in the dream this time, and I walked up to the table and started talking to these women. Their kids were not really paying attention and were playing some handheld video games or something. The women said that they know Billie because they were college roommates with him (which is funny considering Billie never even finished high school). They both were talking about how he apparently was kind of a slob and kind of a jerk. One of them said something like “Yeah, I always remember having to clean up after him because he’d make a mess and then just walk away and forget about it”. As they were badmouthing Billie, he walked out from a door in the side of the hallway. He looked exactly as he did during the AI era - black short sleeve shirt, black pants, studded belt, red tie, short spiky hair, etc. He was very polite and thanked them for going out of their ways to help him. He was also super hot. They both looked at each other like ‘Wow, this guy’s changed!’ Billie then said to follow him and led us to another door, but this was one was super low and so was the entryway behind it. So much so that all of the adults (Billie, me, and the two other women) had to double over to get through. Once through the entryway, the room opened up to a normal sized space. It was a living room that blended seamlessly into a kitchen, which was spotless. Billie walked into the kitchen and offered everyone a drink. He poured glasses of water for the two women and one for himself. He drank his water and them immediately washed the glass and put it on a dish drying rack. One of the women commented on how he’d completely changed and was very impressed with how considerate, tidy, and attractive he was now. I can’t remember any more of the dream after that point.

This is a revelation to me , I can't stand not wearing a watch. Does anyone have evidence of Billie ever wearing one?

I'm so glad that Billie was able to make a career out of being a musician, not just because he gets to do what he loves or because he's written and released so many amazing songs that have become the soundtrack to our lives, but also because he's gotten to meet so many of his idols and even perform with some of them. That must be like a dream come true for him and it makes me so fucking happy every time I see him experience it.
