How dare Billie not look like a lounge singer/waiter at the Coverups show

I know, that's one of my favorite pictures of him ever! I love it so much! On the topic of his eyes, I also really love this one. I used to stare at it a lot and I drew it a few times because my god! It's just captivating! There are so many different beautiful shades of green, as well as gold. Plus the contrast with the black eyeliner makes it even more intense. Just absolutely stunning!

I just found this picture and it's beautiful! His eyes! His lips! Everything! I love Billie's eyes. I think they are my favorite part of his body. I know I might be repeating myself, but they are so perfect!

The Forgotten hate makes me sad I love it and I think the lyrics are beautiful. It's the perfect ending to albums that touch on forbidden love. "Sometimes you're better lost than to be seen," but "don't look away from the arms of love."

I'm so in love with that pic, for all of the reasons you mentioned, as well as the fact that he always looks super cute when he's laying on the floor. Man it's just so nice to see him and finally hear his beautiful voice again. I've missed him so much. This show came at the perfect time for me, it gave me something to look forward to over the past few shitty days, and now something to brighten my day and take my mind off things. Thanks Billie. Also, I'm currently addicted to this clip of Jessie's Girl (slide 2), it's sending shivers down my spine: He performs it so beautifully, and his voice still absolutely blows me away. He can go from sounding quiet and cute to powerful and sexy in just a split second, it's amazing! The way he sings the "I'll play along with the charade" line in that low voice is so fucking hot. And then he sounds really cute during the "I feel so dirty when they start talking cute" line. Ugh, his voice just makes me melt. I love the way he puts his little hand in the air, and the way he points at the crowd later, he's so fucking adorable. And the way he keeps turning his head away from the mic. I also really love how you can see the outline of the bellie through his t-shirt. But my favourite part of the clip is his hip thrusts when he sings the "lovin him with that body" lines - cheeky boi.

I'm just happy our boy has fun with facial hair while he's outside of the Green Day look (cause I don't believe he'll ever show with that beard at a GD gig). He clearly enjoys it That round little protrusion topping the gorgeous heap of flesh he's got on his neck. I love the shape of his face, and everything in it, so much. The little tooth pointing out on the bottom right of his mouth (and I don't often find other people's teeth cute). Also, it's funny because looking at his neck here you can see exactly where the beard grows . Since he was all in black with a tailor jacket and a beard, just add a hat and he would have looked like a amish guy. The beard has to go! But, beard or no beard, I'm just happy to see new pictures and videos of Billie.

My thoughts exactly. Also, it took me a lot of tries before I started liking Hold On. It’s not a bad idea to have a harmonica as the lead, but I found it so bizarre when I first heard it. (And this is coming from someone who will defend Misery to no end.)

I probably should clear the air before I dig myself into a deeper drunk bunny hole. I LOVE Hold On, but it’s one of the few Green Day songs I can’t listen to on repeat like songs such as Minority, Bang Bang, J.A.R., Holiday, the list goes on. When I wrote that post, I had listened to it on loop for a while and kind of gotten sick of it at the moment. So, my fault.

He looks so beautiful in these pics. The gorgeous sweaty curls, his little smile, the lovely wrinkles by his eyes, his soft features. He has such a kind face. Also, just saw Admiral Needa's video of Neat Neat Neat and thought it should be posted here because of all the lovely flashes of bellie/hip/back/buttcrack when our boy is rolling around on the floor adorably (at 2:10 ), and also the part at 6:40 where he leans backwards with the most adorable little smile on his face and then blows a kiss. Right back atcha, Billie!😘

@G-L-O-R-I-A How many dreams did you have about GD? I think you hold the world record of the most GD related dreams! And they are very entertaining. I had a dream last week about Billie, but this one was so boring. Billie came to my hometown to visit me like we were long time friends. We just walked around town and chatting about life in general. For whatever reason, I was affraid to tell him a very bad news, but I just don't know what it was. I was thinking «I must tell him, but I can't! He will be devasted and I don't want that!» That's about it.

I think it's one of the songs that made me realize how much the album Warning is special, it's a really honest and vulnerable song that speaks to me a lot. There is something in the melody that can be monotonous, I don't know how I would like it without being totally into the lyrics at the same time. For a while I loved to listen to it in repeat (I have periods where I can't stop to listen to one song in repeat, and then it's time to move on ... there are actually rather few songs that I never get bored to listen to in repeat), but now I just love to listen to Hold On on the album, I think it's perfect right after Deadbeat Holiday. Those two may be my favorite pairing in the album. But Amanda and The Forgotten are so good whereas Ashley is really enjoyable. The Forgotten is one of my fave GD songs

Had a dream that I moved to Oakland because I didn't want to miss out on any more Coverups shows (or other GD side project shows). In the dream I was at tonight's Coverups show and I bumped into Billie afterwards. He noticed my accent and asked where I was from. I told him I was from England and he was like "so what brings you here?" and I was like "YOU brought me here with all of your damn side projects that never come to the UK" and he laughed. Then on a more serious note I said that I wished I could've gone to a Longshot show. He told me that he had wanted to bring the Longshot to the UK/Europe but it wasn't really feasible at the time. We talked a little more about the Longshot, then he said he had to go, but he invited me to the after party and told me where it was. So I turned up to the after party a little while later and Billie greeted me with the biggest hug ever and it felt like I'd known him for years. Then he went off to dance and I just sat down in the corner and watched because I don't dance in public lol. I looked up and saw Billie dad dancing and tried my best not to laugh at him. Every now and again he'd take a break from dad dancing and he'd come and sit down next to me and we'd chat for a bit. We talked about the Coverups show and he started talking about some of the songs they played and what they meant to him. We talked a bit more about the Longshot too. Then he started talking about Gilman and telling me about stuff from the early years. For some reason I mentioned Mt. Eddy at some point and Billie's eyes lit up and he started talking about how proud he was of both of his boys and their bands and their music, and he had the biggest smile on his face and I was internally fangirling so fucking hard because of how fucking cute it was. Then he must've got bored of talking about himself because he started asking about me, if I was enjoying living in Oakland, what my life had been like back in England etc. Then he told me that he loves playing shows in England and I pretended to be salty at him because GD always avoid my part of England like the plague. It felt really nice just talking with him like that though, he was so kind and friendly and sweet and he seemed really comfortable and happy. And whenever a song that he really liked came on, he'd get up and start dancing and singing along to it and he looked as if he was having the absolute time of his life, it was so beautiful to see. When it was time to go home, he gave me another big hug and that's when I woke up.

I’m so happy he’s doing a show tomorrow night either way. I’ve missed him so much this is just what I need (and just what he needs too I suspect) 💘💘💘

I actually don't mind the beard. I don't think it changes his face all that much in comparison to most guys you see with and then without a beard. Our boy is still adorable as fuck with some fuzz. Plus I kinda like the way he seems to enjoy showing it off. I would like to see his beautiful chin again soon though!

The beard definitely makes me want to be his friend and head to the cinema rather than all the things I'm usually imagining 😂

There's just been a question about GD on the TV show The Chase: Which American band had a number 1 album with Revolution Radio? I was so happy to hear that question as I'm sitting in my Rev Rad shirt!

Ashley is great, love the fast pace of it and the sleaziness, especially in the Demolicious version ("You used to dangle my heart with your puppet strings/You dangled your desires right in front of my face/You led me to the well but wouldn’t let me drink/Swallowing my pride and I never even got the taste" - damn). I also like Amanda because it's an interesting part of the "story", closure/resolution of some sort. And the "I couldn't be your ma-a-a-an" bit is so Beatles

Had a dream that I was prime minister of Britain and I'd organised for GD to have a special visit to the UK. The "special visit" was basically just them standing in front of the Houses of Parliament and taking photos. There were so many things wrong with that dream, the fact that GD were in it was it's only saving grace lmao. Also had another GD dream where Billie had this magic car that turned into a jet ski when it was in a certain depth of water. He drove into the sea in an attempt to show off how cool his magic car was, but he just ended up falling off the jet ski.

Hmm I think he doesn't give a shit about trying to look good all the time and he might not see it as fully as some GD fans do but I think he's definitely aware of his attractiveness to quite an extent, given the right situation he loves to pose and preen a bit. Mostly likes to use it on stage but also in certain selfies and other times, I think he's learned to enjoy looking hot with the eyeliner and stylish clothes etc, just doesn't do it all the time. He was born looking like a cute little angel/Shirley Temple who I'm sure everyone thought was adorable so it's natural A man who knows he doesn't look bad...

I'm not sure I agree, I think he's come to terms with the fact that he has lots of fans who think he's really gorgeous and sexy but I think he doesn't really see it himself. I think he would preen more if he really thought he was really good looking and we would get fewer posts etc where he looks like he just rolled out of bed. Fixed that error! 😉
