I can't believe I'm only just noticing that he has a particular kind of smile that he does in livestreams. #badfan And said smile is ADORABLE. That man is hands down the most beautiful thing in the entire universe. I love the way he blinks too, it's so damn cute.5 points

Confession time: so I've been really really missing Billie so fucking much these past few days, much much more than I usually do and idk why, but it's absolutely unbearable. Anyway, my way of trying to cope with it is probably the dorkiest thing I've ever done in my life. Basically, a couple days ago, I changed both the home screen and the lockscreen on my phone to that bed selfie that he posted before the Philly show, so now, when I go on my phone, it looks like Billie is facetiming me. So yes, when I'm missing him, I just stare at my phone and pretend he's facetiming me from his bed. God, I'm such a dork.5 points

^^^ Just a reminder not to get too carried away with this Billie/Kevin thing 😄. 80 is number one. 💕4 points

Billie always seems far happier playing smaller clubs. Maybe he will never stop. I honestly don't have a problem with that.3 points

I'd say time flies when you're 46 and for him it probably seems like he's barely started... So, cmon, let him have some fun! You're young (relatively speaking so am I), we can both wait. I think a happy Billie is probably the best possible scenario anyway. He'll get tired from touring with The Longshot naturally at some point. And honestly, when it comes to new Green Day material, I'm willing to wait until 2019. I just hope that management don't f**k up that 3-way anniversary though. They've got to at least do something, like reissue everything on vinyl like they did in 2009 or release box sets with demo tapes, documentaries, live footage, whatever. That's the only expectation that I have at the moment to be honest. But for the time being, Billie and the guys can have a rest, jam or go into the studio, whatever. I'm fine with all of that. I'd like them to take their time, it'll surely be worth it.3 points

Think if he had been wearing this in Philly he would have removed the jacket? Or still stubbornly refuse and drown in sweat?2 points

Ha ha ha That red shirt looks so good on him- but I wish we could see him in a red shirt without a jacket, though2 points

Am I the only one grinning back at my phone like a Cheshire cat whenever he smiles??2 points

I don't know how to find it but I saw on tumblr that someone commented on this picture that they look like a cute lesbian couple (as many have observed before) and Billie liked the comment2 points

I can kind of relate. I've been experiencing an intense resurgence of affection for him and longing as well since I got back into GD (I was never "out", I just took a break - I'll always love them!). It is like missing someone. We don't know him, but it feels like we do. I just come here, look at pictures, and fantasize about meeting him/GD or whatever. It's so weird how he has this affect that no one else does.2 points

I kinda want the whole Longshot thing to be over now (unless they plan on coming to the UK of course, but I'm not getting my hopes up). I mean, I love the album, I still listen to it regularly and some of those songs are amongst my favourite of Billie's work, and I've enjoyed seeing footage of the shows and seeing how much fun Billie was having with it, but I'm ready to see what comes next now, whether it be Green Day (the most likely option imo), the AI movie, or maybe even something else that we don't even know about. Of course, that doesn't mean I wouldn't want him to maybe come back to the Longshot in the future, but I just feel like it's getting stale atm and it's time to move on.2 points

I'm fine with him having some time off as long as he does some dorky Instagram videos from time to time to keep us going He fangirls hard about any musician he really likes lol. The worst was when they did The Saints Are Coming and he was going around being a complete and utter fanboy about Bono. It's totally cute though. Like not long ago when he posted a pic of when he met Joey Ramone and said he felt like he was going to cry, or when he gets to perform with a musician he looks up to and he can't stop grinning and wants to give them a kiss (eg Iggy Pop or Paul Westerberg), adorable2 points

I'm pretty convinced he's never going to take off his shirt at a show again since he didn't take it off in Philly. I think he would've let himself actually pass out in Philly over taking it off. Starting to wonder if the part of his torso between his belly button and nipples even exists. Maybe the upper half of his body is just floating above the lower half.1 point

It's a part of their contract that Billie has to stay floofy and the label with kick them the moment they notice when he starts balding.1 point

Agreed! It's also arguably one of the best intros live. I mean, just look at that energy!1 point

Maybe if he had taken his shirt off (like the guys in The Trashbags did) he wouldn’t have had to cut the show short.1 point
-
In Philly he opened up a shirt button but dammit he would not roll up his sleeves! Kevin’s were rolled all the way to his biceps it looked good. Billie kept his down ðŸ˜1 point

I think it doesn’t matter how much or how little he’s wearing at these club shows, he’ll be soaking by the end anyway.1 point

That was DC. I was so excited to see a t-shirt on him I kept hoping he’d take the jacket off as the show went on but he never did. What is with his shyness all of a sudden?1 point

I just want to say that Love is For Losers is not my favorite Longshot song, but the intro gets me everytime. It doesn't matter where I'm at, what I'm doing or who I'm with. If I hear that song my head automatically starts bobbing. It's involuntary at this point.1 point

I think it's most noticeable in Fell for You, especially in the At first I thought line and Eiffel Tower line.1 point

Besides Bang Bang I would say Say Goodbye stood out - it was simplistic, straight to the point. Oh and Youngblood sucks so bad.1 point

I feel like I remember Billie saying it was Dave Grohl that told him about the gum thing.1 point

Yes, it is the very last thing in the deluxe book version of the album. There are journal entries, bus tickets and all sorts of neat stuff. I took it for granted that everyone had seen those things, not sure why, lol. Definitely my most cherished Green Day item and worth buying. Listening to the album and going through the book, the narrative isn't as 'loose' or vague as most people think it is. It makes the whole album deeper, with things about Good Guys not wearing Red, White and Blue and all sorts of heartful struggles. BUY IT NOW!1 point

I was just about to Google something when this popped up ...... I can't fucking believe it, it's the best thing I've ever heard1 point

Yesss, hopefully there'll be more soon And omg, I'm so happy to hear someone else feels like this about Too Dumb to Die! For some reason it became one of my favourites and I would love to hear it one day. (Say Goodbye just boggles my mind because I can see it work so well live and I'm really surprised they didn't play it at all)1 point

It sounded like he was infatuated with everybody1 point

I know a lot of people don't like the 1000 hours EP (even Billie said it was too sappy), but I'll always have a soft spot for those early love songs. There's something so endearing about a teenage Billie being totally infatuated with somebody.1 point
