  1. RevRad as a whole is just so good. It bums me out that this album cycle might be over and there are still songs that haven't been played live yet. I really wish they would have played the album in full somewhere and recorded it!

  2. I'm convinced that he actually can dance, the dancing we see is deliberately bad.

  3. Regarding Billie's dance moves, I love it when he danced with Mike:

  5. Superstore is one of my favorite shows on TV rn so I loved last night's ep! Cheyenne is planning her 2-year-old's birthday party, but her mother, who just got out of jail, is meddling/taking control of the party. Green Day is the mom's favorite band, so she wants the party to be GD-themed and Cheyenne asks her coworkers for help in getting stuff for it. They try to talk Cheyenne into a more age-appropriate thing, like mermaids. Cheyenne is uneducated and naive so Amy (America's character) uses that dumb reasoning and it's enough to (temporarily) change her mind. We discover that a coworker loves the band and Basket Case plays in the store, too. They've been using muzak versions of songs this season, so it was nice to hear the real song! Side note: I could see GD bounce houses and pinatas being amazing. Hey, we got candles, why not?

  6. You are absolutely right. All the goofy dancing Billie does is for laughs. I have a background in dance & my daughter is a competitive dancer, and I’m telling you Billie is kinesthetically gifted. I’ve seen some dance moves from him (the faux break-dancing, the cowboy skip/butt-slap, the death-drop split, the mid-air split leaps and jumps) that the average person would look like a complete idiot even attempting. If he had training, he would be a fantastic dancer or gymnast. But it’s hilarious to think of him doing anything choreographed, because that would shut him right down.

  7. I would believe that if there were any evidence at all that he really could. On a similar note, I’m laughing at the way he’s trying to climb into the car here because it looks super awkward 😂 He’s the cutest thing ever 😘

  9. I don’t know which is funnier, his attempt to pick up the microphone or his attempt to lick his own nipple 😂 I’ll take it all.

  10. I love seeing his dance moves listed . He does a great Chuck Berry duck walk while playing guitar too. He's definitely got some dancing talents.

  11. Outlaws has always been one of my favourites on the album. It doesn't seem inappropriately overblown like 21 Guns, for example. That and Forever Now are the ones I can see standing the test of time.

  12. I saw a quote of him describing his dancing style as a mixture between Prince and Pee Wee Herman the other day - he nailed it

  13. Yep, Billie wears odd socks. Any excuse to post this video again, I love it so much.

  14. Wait Billie has odd sock habits? ?? I knew he was my hero for a reason

  15. When somebody mentions Milton Keynes on TV, and you have to go watch BIAB clips immediately. When you still have last year's unofficial Green Day calendar, even though you have no room to keep it, but you just can't bear to throw it away. When your grandmother calls your cousin a "tramp" because he's wearing odd socks, and you get offended because you remember Billie Joe's sock habits.

  16. Tre is shorter and he steps on top of the door which is what you do. Mike steps over it because he can. Billie just kind of puts his whole leg up there on its side like I’m wondering what he’s gonna do next. 😄

  19. Too bad the montage doesn't show us all the images of Billie climbing into the car. I'm sure we would of have great images to use as a gif.

  23. It's up there with the best on the album for me too, beautiful and epic and it's only grown on me more and more. Favourite after Somewhere Now and Say Goodbye.

  24. Exactly. I'd add Bang Bang on this list of songs that will stick.

  25. It’s better if you watch the clip rather than read the description of it. She’s clearly clueless and grasping for anything.

  26. ...What? Mermaids are like Green Day? None of that makes sense.

  27. This week’s episode of Superstore asks the classic question, “What do you think would be a good piñata for a Green Day-themed birthday party for a 2-year-old?” If your eyebrows just went up so high they fell off your face, congratulations. You and Amy (America Ferrera) have that in common. In this exclusive clip from the installment, called “Angels and Mermaids,” Cheyenne (Nichole Bloom) is looking for a little help planning her daughter Harmonica’s party, especially since she wants to honor her ex-convict mom’s punk rock suggestion for its theme. When Amy suggests something a little more age-appropriate, like Minions, Cheyenne makes an excellent point: “[My mom] just got out of jail — Minions are criminals. That could suck her right back into the lifestyle.” Then it’s Amy’s turn to make an excellent point: “Mermaids are a lot like Green Day: They’re half-fish, half-human. They’re like rebels, down for whatever. In fact, they used to call Green Day the mermaids of ’90s rock.” More existential wisdom is sure to come from the new episode of Superstore, airing Thursday at 8 p.m. on NBC.

  28. Outlaws has always been the only song on RevRad that I couldn't get into, and the only part that I ever liked was the outro. However, I listened to it today for the first time in months, and I'm happy to say that I absolutely love it now. And that outro is even more beautiful than I remember - the lyrics, Billie's vocals, it's so beautiful.

  30. I love that video, I was just watching it the other day. He has such a shapely ass. And the way he wiggles his tongue when he's trying to lick his nipple is so adorable. He was being an extreme tease then - flashing his chest/nipple and all that hip action on the floor. Also, his voice is amazing. I always love hearing him sing Shout, especially that intro. He nails it every time - well except for this one:

  33. Omg this is exactly what I love . Hadn't heard it before either so thanks! There's so many examples of it but I just noticed a mini one the other day with "lucky strike and I will travel" here that I enjoyed. Although I'm not completely sure how intentional it was Unrelated but the thought just entered my head that at one of the 2008 FBHT shows the Rev made his entrance by surfing across the crowd from the back of the room to the stage on an actual surfboard. I'm still sad to this day that it wasn't captured on camera but I'll keep posting about it to preserve this amazing fact

  34. There were so many belly flashes during that EMA performance. For that reason, it's one of my favourite GD performances ever. I just can't get enough of that wonderful belly. It's so beautiful.

  35. The day I take music listening advice from this dude, make the bullet come out the back of my head. I totaled my brand new Chevy Volt today. I’m pissed. >:( He looks more like the pedophile than rock n roll type of guy. Also, in that article he mentions how he will still listen to Roger Waters (Floyd) yet Waters is and has been way more outspoken than Billie but RW is full of hate like him. Birds of a feather and all... Lovely!

  36. That pic is one of my faves! Billie + Dogs is one of the most adorable things ever. I'm experiencing extreme Billie withdrawal atm too. Things aren't so good without my little sunshine to cheer me up. I've taken to just staring at old photos of him for hours on end until he gives us something new to fangirl over. I'm missing him like crazy. I just make sure to spend as much time as I possibly can staring at his beautiful face/listening to his wonderful voice. Ooh, that's a good one! I'm gonna be staring at that one for the next few hours now. His smile is exhilarating. I love seeing him happy. FTFY.

  37. I don't think he's ever been very "professional" about covering all GD stuff on his Instagram, other than when he's likely been asked to mention particularly important things just seems to be random whether he happens to or not. And he's never been one to give constant updates on what he's doing either. It's the norm for him to post randomly/occasionally and for him to post less when he's off duty.
