This was one of my favorite moments of the tour. I also love the laugh a few seconds later.5 points

I love looking at the pics from the 2010 Pinhead Gunpowder show. You can see some of his tattoos that you normally don't see so clearly there. Plus, Billie's pretty.4 points

OH. MY. GOD. I've just found my new favourite pic of chubby Billie. Look at that chubby little face. How can you not love that? He's adorable. His eyes are gorgeous, and his pouty lips are perfect, and he looks so good in that colour. I just wanna pinch his cheeks he's so CUTE.4 points

This is really cute. I wish I was crafty. I would make an army of Billie dolls if I could 💚3 points

Same. It was my least fave GD album at first, but now it's my 2nd favourite. I love pretty much every song on it (except for No Pride, Panic Song and Tight Wad Hill, which I don't dislike, but I don't completely love either. No Pride is really growing on me though). Armatage Shanks is my favourite opening song on an album ever - that drum intro sounds so good. I think Geek Stink Breath is one of Green Day's best singles. Stuart in the Ave is one of their best songs, imo - the lyrics and that bass intro. And I really really love Westbound Sign - It's just so damn catchy and underrated. The entire album is so underrated imo. That's why I get extra fangirly and overexcited when I see/hear somebody praising it.2 points

I love Insomniac. This time last year I didn't really like it, and it took a long time to like it, but now I love it.2 points

My favourite botched crowd interaction was JOS on the Top Of The Pops special when he let the crowd sing "don't believe in me" but was met with stony silence. It probably sounded worse because the crowd wasn't miked up but it still looked hilarious.2 points
-
It works though. The way he commands the crowd is very impressive and not an easy thing imo, it's taken years to perfect his method. Expecting him to achieve the same level of command of the crowd/crowd interaction and entertainment in a totally different way every time seems like kind of high expectations . He's more entertaining than 99.9% of frontmen and is famous for it, it's an amazing skill to put on a show like he does and I sometimes wonder if that's become taken for granted on here when it's all dismissed just because the type of show they do is a planned out one. But for real there's more variation to Hitchin A Ride and KFAD performances than there is for any other song, so much randomness goes on and variations between tours. They do pretty much every other song exactly the same every show and every tour. But these are always the two picked on! He was totally bringing the moans back in the last half of the Rev Rad tour (7:00)2 points

I think I should leave this video here. Billie walking strangely, touching his ass, a shirt too tight and a glimpse of his belly. I love this man.1 point

Yeah, the show was in Feb 2010; he got that tattoo somewhere between June-September 2010.1 point

^^^ I was really enjoying reading that because I love most of those bands... but then they ruined the list with Coldplay.1 point
-
^^^ Omg, just before he introduces Mike, when he tries to do a drum roll by stomping his feet. He looks so funny. What a dork.1 point

not kidding, i literally took a minute to try and figure out what language this is1 point

Ah, should have realised. It didn’t ‘’click’’ for some reason Anyhow, I figured one could misunderstand it, though let’s be honest, who would ever even consider that the ‘’messing around’’ and ‘’climax’’ was nothing less than fake and just for show. Also had great comedic effect in my opinion, like when he was pointing into the crowd at various people lol1 point
-
Well, in the Argentina show BJ sang a Teenage Kicks bit in KFAD medley and almost nobody knew the song. Then he said "almost everyone knew that song" then he goes like nothing1 point

Was treated to Bohemian Rhapsody followed by Good Riddance on the radio for breakfast this morning (triggering all of the feels a couple of weeks off a year since my first live show ), and spotted a package in the post office at work adressed to someone with the surname Passalacqua, a first In other words, a good day for extremely random GD thoughts.1 point
-
Two of my highlights too. Plus, a good portion of the audience is at their first Green Day show, so it's brand new to them.1 point
-
I’d like to see what happened if everyone just sat there and didn’t cheer. Just so I didn’t have to hear the same scripted speech again and again.1 point

Literally the two highlights of the show . I like Hitchin A Ride because Billie's antics change so much depending on what mood he's in. Will he be saucy and moan in to the mic, will he be silly and get the crowd singing along to a classical tune? Will he do a ridiculous squeaky voice? Who knows . Also the climax of the song after the messing around is epic.1 point

Today is so damn miserable. I'm so glad I have Billie to brighten my day. He's the sweetest, kindest human I know of, and he makes me so happy every day just by existing. I love him so much. He's my little sunshine.1 point

I've just realised that it's Jason Freese's birthday! Happy 43rd birthday Freesey!1 point

Man, I want that car (if you can call it a car lol). I can't play drums and I can't drive, but I want that car.1 point

Well thank your @G-L-O-R-I-A and @Jesus of Seneca, these lovely pics started my Friday off well! So beautiful, I know we talk a lot about his eyes, but my goodness, his lips......1 point

Ah yes, I remember. Billir the boy scout. This pic was actually part of the inspiration for my patch jacket. This and the one below. (I love it when he wears anything diy, especially patches)1 point

I'm currently missing Billie so fucking much, so I've been scrounging through instagram for some nice pictures of him. I found this account which has so many pics of cute smiley Billie. Here are some of my faves:1 point

All the scenes with Rupert are funny. The way he describes the scotch. 😂 Billie’s reactions are great too, I like when Rupert asks him how he’s enjoying his stay and he’s all, well...eh...*shrug*1 point
-
Is it just me that totally loses it the first time he says Rupert's name in the film? He reads the name tag, and then he's like "Rup-ert" instead of "Roo-pert." Idek why I find it so funny, but it gets me every time.1 point

Oops, haha, well then I sang it wrong for the last 9 years I hope Billie didn't notice But whatever he sings in this song, it sounds beautiful!1 point

Olive green and maroon both look fantastic on him (see both photos above) and they're two of my favorite non-black clothing colors . On the next tour he should swap his all red shirt for an all maroon one. It would look better. Or switch back to short sleeves like you were saying! Or the white shirt. I'm in favor of any and all of these ideas!! It is kind of amazing to me that he can perform with the long sleeves and vests during the summer. How he doesn't overheat is beyond me. He must be naturally cold all the time or something.1 point
-
Not a fan of the "ohhhhhh"s Billie does during 21 Guns (he never seems to know how to end the note, lol) but I LOVE the piano before the last chorus1 point
-
I never stop to think about these little differences but I guess they're the reason I love the live versions so much I need to pay more attention to them now.1 point
-
I understand what you mean. But Billie used to wear t-shirt all the time back in the 1990s and also during the trilogy era. During AI, he sometimes had shirts with short sleeves. During RevRad, not only did he have long sleeves, he also had vest/jacket over the shirt. I guess Billie didn't think about the temperature while performing on stages when he chose his outfits for the RevRad tour. Anyway, I loved his look. Oh! Yes! White shirt! A sweaty Billie in a white shirt. I love your idea! I love every color on Billie, but I must say that olive green is by far my favorite on him. I can't find the picture, but I love the one in which he wears the green olive shirt with red pants.1 point

I love it when he does that and I always sing it that way too Little changes like that make songs I already love so much more loveable. Same goes with 21 Guns in the "Did you try to live on your own" part, where he sings "...like a liar looking for forgiveness from the stoooooooooooooooorm" - he stretches the storm soooo long, I fucking love it and always sing it that way. The studio version always sounds kind of boring compared to this1 point
-
I was just kidding; I think it’s pretty safe to assume we love him no matter which look he’s currently rocking 😁1 point
-
Yes! For some reason it makes me laugh when he changes notes live like that and whenever I come across an example of it I have to show my sister and she finds it hilarious too. We need help1 point
-
Ugh. I think about this picture a lot, man. The classic, clean look with a button down (especially with the rolled up sleeves exposing his tattoos), skinny tie, and suspenders is by far my favorite look on him. He looked stunning in this video. Reminds me very much of the Foreverly photoshoot, which is likely the sexiest thing I've ever seen in my life.1 point
