That was a kiss forced on him and a necessary revenge kiss to be fair . Although when he went back on German MTV a few years later he did say it was a nice kiss and he didn't mind lol. But yeah the discussion the other day was the first time I've seen Billie smooching fans on stage linked to drink/drugs (everything he does has to be I guess ), pretty sure he's just a little sweetheart who likes giving people a kiss!

Why would people assume he was drunk or high every time he kissed a fan? They, as fans, are basically insulting themselves. He seemed pretty sober in this interview which is the most memorable fan kiss I recall.

Not sure if it's length of hair or angles of pics, but they have always been one of those couples that look very alike at times. so funny, just all agreed on another thread that Billie doesn't kiss people all the time and here he is, could have been the other guy that initiated it though.

Speaking of surprise Green Day, was having lunch in Glasgow earlier and Basket Case came on just as we were leaving Then carried onto HMV and treated myself to the RevRad vinyl + Kerplunk, Warning and Insomniac CDs. Don't even own a cd player anymore but y'know. 24 hours till my final show of the tour, so conflicted

Of course it was in fun, but he was also reasserting his dominance . He wasn't going to let that random guy get one over on him without being the one to finish with the upper hand, so he went one better and got a tongue kiss. One of his finest moments I'd say. He does it on stage with fans who overstep the mark when they come up too, he'll make sure to order them around a bit to make clear who's in charge. He's the master of it! Anyway just saying that's not quite the same as when he gives fans an affectionate kiss on stage. But I don't think either is a symptom of being drunk/high so it's a moot point. Yes he's worn it lots of times before, I'm glad to see it make a reappearance . Billie has the best badges.

Seriously though Billie literally said he didn't get any tongue the first time, kissed the guy again and then said "that's better", indicating he was satisfied he got tongue the second time There was nothing "necessary" about it, he was having fun.

Nice gesture to not only celebrate that Green Day was there, but to also thank the staff for working extra hours

THIS. I mean, you want his personality to shine through, it's kind of the whole point. On that note I'm having a hard time atm finding the right picture, even if I love them all it's as if none of them shows the ultimate, perfect Billie so how can I expect the artist to capture it, y'know
