I see where you're coming from but I think the cute cheesy lyrics are part of the charm of the song! It has something that sets it apart from the rest on the album. Maybe you'll like it more if you see it live2 points

Rev Rad is easily a Top 3 favorite GD album of all time. It is just amazing. However, the one thing that is really not putting it over the top for me is that I think Youngblood is one of the worst songs Billie has ever written. The lyrics are so cringeworthy I can't get past them. Other than that, the album is pretty darn close to perfect for me.1 point

Yeah, I don't get why more people don't have Youngblood as a favorite. It's easily the most energetic and fun song on the album. Obviously the band really likes it though1 point
