Holy fuck I took a break from Revolution Radio for like a couple weeks and I just listened to it now straight through without skipping a single fucking song and its so much better than I previously felt. Its actually really really good in my opinion and with the current climate of things its pretty relevant and a great way to vent emotions. Somewhere now is still my favorite. I dont care if it makes me sound lame but Green Day is really fucking incredible and I wish more people would give them credit.

Don't think it's lame, they do deserve more credit. Still phenomenal!

Interview: The Interrupters talk latest tour! So you’ve been touring with Green Day, what has been your highlight so far? The highlight for us has been playing our music for lots of people who have never heard of us before! Also, we get to watch Green Day every night and they put on the best show! It’s been such an unreal experience! Was it a real honour to be told that you would be touring with Green Day? We were all in shock when we were first offered the tour. Being the only other band on the bill is beyond an honour. It definitely inspired us to rise to the occasion and get our live show super tight and make a gigantic backdrop! What has been your funniest moment on tour? Green Day came up and pranked us on stage during ‘Babylon’ at our London set. They were all dressed in costume, put tape over our mouths and blindfolded us. We didn’t know who was who until Billie Joe took off his mask at the end! Today I had my "Trilogy Day". Played 18 songs with my bass, 6 from each album. I forgot that Missing You was so fun to play.

THIS. All the band members are really into their kids but Mike seems like he really really loves being a dad its pretty sweet.
