  5. These songs were used in the films then later made it on to Shenanigans, rather than being picked for the films from Shenanigans. It makes sense to put these 'one-off' songs on a B-sides compilation - you wouldn't expect to find the Simpsons theme on 21CB, or even on an international superhits 2. These songs are deeper cuts. I do agree that they're great songs though, I think Espionage is even my brother's favourite GD song.

  6. I'm planning not to check out the setlist when their European shows start on January 10th because I'll see them only 8 days later. I wanna get surprised which songs they perform, but I don't know if I'll be strong enough to resist the temptation...

  10. I'll be listening to Waiting all day. For me it's the perfect song to bring in the New Year. WAKE UP!! It's 2017. Still Breathing is now a close second. Happy New Year GDC

  11. There's quite a few "golden nuggets" (as I call them ) from the Trilogy that I think would be great to hear live on the tour! e.g Brutal Love, Carpe Diem, Nuclear Family, Stay the Night, Dirty Rotten Bastards, Stop When the Red Lights Flash and Makeout Party (Mike's bass solo would be epic!!!)

  12. Wow just seeing the Troublemaker praise. As the official defender of that song, how nice Lady Cobra is awesome. Particularly enjoyed it live, really fun and catchy.

  15. The Green Day in the Studio 2016 thread once got hyped about a picture of an OTIS car. Alas it was a car from the elevator company

  17. Troublemaker is a great song, one of my favourite trilogy songs in fact. The very catchy riff more than makes up for the poor chorus, though even that works as it acts more as a bridge to lead the song into the next verse/solo. It has arguably the best solo on the trilogy (though 2nd or 3rd IMO). Sure, the lyrics aren't particularly great, but they still kinda fit the song despite being a little disjointed and all over the place - I still like singing along to it, and it's nice to have a song that actually doesn't really mean anything deeper at all, and just sounds good.
