  1. I get annoyed with him cause he signs as "Billi"

  2. Only just noticed that in the American Idiot lyric booklet it says "Zieg Heil" in Holiday (which is wrong, it's "Sieg Heil"). Thought I already knew all their spelling mistakes Also just reminded myself of the excessive use of inverted commas in the Warning lyrics: "trust" is a dirty word that comes from such a liar but "respect" is something I will earn in his "vintage suit" and tie for the "most" expensive price Virginia was a "lot lizard" from F.L.A. She had a compound fracture in the "trunk" "Mr Whirly" had a catastrophic incident he ran the drug cartel in "tinseltown" "Icon" is the last chance for hope stuffed in a coffin "10% more free" Unnecessary

  3. I have to sign a lot of papers at work. It probably looks like a child has signed all of it. Imagine all the stuff Billie Joe has to sign. No wonder his signature is off.

  5. Android is such an underrated song. Actually, Kerplunk in its entirety is criminally underrated, as is Warning

  6. I'm not doing a Green Day hiatus... I only really listen to RevRad lately, but right before the show I'm planning to go through the whole discography

  7. My name+surname is 17 letters. I avoid doing the boring thing by writing just my initials (A and Z). The result is a star more or less.

  8. True! Could still do with less inverted commas though

  9. Yep! I think they've outdone themselves with 'I put the "riot" in PatRiot' and 'bouncing off the wall' (never once admitting that it's walls) .

  11. They have a snippet from Billie Joe doing the intro to Still Breathing on Alt Nation. It made me happy.

  12. It isn't a theatrical release at all, it is an HBO movie, so TV only. However, that is not a bad thing, HBO does some amazing movie work

  13. I do the same with my name! But when I omit the last letter, what remains is Jan and that's a very common male name. Once a teacher messed up my test with my schoolmate's because of that and it irritates my friends too "why do you sign like a guy????". I'm too lazy to write all 4 characters actually, I can't anymore. I'd have to put a lot of effort into writing it all.

  15. Michelle Obama. Chance the Rapper. N.W.A. Green Day. Bob Dylan. The year's most memorable pop moments Green Day at the American Music Awards. Award shows can be self-congratulatory and tiresome, especially those in which peer voting is replaced by audience favorites. Yet there was Green Day in the midst of November’s American Music Awards, breaking the scene to slam President-elect Donald Trump with a protest march chant of “No Trump! No KKK! No fascist U.S.A.!” No real surprise, as Green Day has never played to a nonpartisan crowd, but the band in recent years has been its most passionate when giving into its political tendencies. — Todd Martens http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/music/la-ca-ms-year-in-pop-2016-story.html Readers' Poll: 10 Best Songs of 2016 6. Green Day, "Bang Bang" After three years away, Green Day returned with the gut-punching, raucous "Bang Bang," the lead single off their recent album Revolution Radio. Written from the perspective of a mass shooter, the band gets back to their punk roots and politically charged later years as they address American gun culture with passion and aggression. http://www.rollingstone.com/music/lists/readers-poll-10-best-songs-of-2016-w455733

  16. I agree that if anyone can pull off looking young, it's Billie Joe. He's got the eternally young body and face. There's a tour break in the spring so maybe filming will start then. If not then it won't be until the fall of 2017. I hope he's asked about it in interviews so we don't have to guess.

  17. Oh, he'll pull it off! They are good at making actors look younger and he's pretty good at that on his own so, I don't think it will be too tough. Might not start filming till next year, or in between legs of the tour probably. Then it'll be a while after that till we finally see it.

  18. No GD hiatus for me. Every time my Dad comes into my room when I'm listening to my IPad he says "Green Day, again". And every time I'm listening to GD! I guess I need to know the lyrics for when I see them live- that's my excuse for listening to them a lot recently..

  19. I wonder if Billie gets as annoyed as us fans about people spelling his name "Billy".

  20. I mentioned before I wasn't a big fan of Makeout Party but that is false. Has a wicked solo and was singing along with every word when I was blaring it earlier today. Great tune!

  21. I've been a fan for 20 years and I love the trilogy. During American idot and breakdown era I just wished they would go back to just playing regular songs and being green day. And when I heard uno I feel like we got that old band back. If you put trilogy songs between nimrod and warning or between warning and American idiot Ina playlist they fit perfectly . We got so much green day at one time it was fuckin awesome and they didnt need promotion who cares how well these albums sell we the fans buy them and I bought them and enjoyed them and still enjoy them and that's all that counts . Fuck album sales why does anyone here care? And they did do promotion for the album's there was plenty of interviews or TV appearances wether they were concerts or playing VMAs or good morning America. Not like theyre really doing that much more this time around either. Also the shows from 2013 kick-ass. I'm kinda disappointed they're not playing any trilogy songs this time around.

  22. Ordinary World and this thing here: It sucks though. I saw it on amazon and bought it because I can't not buy something when there's anything related to Green Day plastered on it. It was relatively cheap but I expected more. They basically just pulled a few low quality (like really low) videos from YouTube from Dookie, Insomniac, Warning, and 21st CB and something about the musical and put it on a DVD without any editing whatsoever. It's totally not worth paying 10€ for. There were like 6 interviews total and I didn't know two of them, which was kinda nice I guess? Oh, and in one of them they talked about the "Green Day Community" which I assume is this forum The interviewer (from Absolute Radio) apparently asked questions here to forward to Green Day because why do research when you can just ask fans or something right away. It was fun to see The interview was from 2008 or 2009 I guess because they talked about 21st CB in future-tense. But yeah, don't buy it. It's just a lazy way to profit from something you didn't make.

  23. I was picking up pizza maybe a week or two ago and this really punk looking dude (probably in his 30s) that worked there complemented my Green Day necklace and we just started talking about Green Day. It was awesome. I love Green Day.
