  1. I mentioned before I wasn't a big fan of Makeout Party but that is false. Has a wicked solo and was singing along with every word when I was blaring it earlier today. Great tune!

  6. I've been a fan for 20 years and I love the trilogy. During American idot and breakdown era I just wished they would go back to just playing regular songs and being green day. And when I heard uno I feel like we got that old band back. If you put trilogy songs between nimrod and warning or between warning and American idiot Ina playlist they fit perfectly . We got so much green day at one time it was fuckin awesome and they didnt need promotion who cares how well these albums sell we the fans buy them and I bought them and enjoyed them and still enjoy them and that's all that counts . Fuck album sales why does anyone here care? And they did do promotion for the album's there was plenty of interviews or TV appearances wether they were concerts or playing VMAs or good morning America. Not like theyre really doing that much more this time around either. Also the shows from 2013 kick-ass. I'm kinda disappointed they're not playing any trilogy songs this time around.

  10. I had a dream yesterday that I managed to go to a Green Day concert while on a business trip in Vegas. I was on my way to a seat and Billie was walking around by the bottom of the stage carrying a Pepsi (I guess my dream-state forgot he was a Coke guy, lol). I was so freaked out that he was right there but I just went for it and was like, "Oh! I love you! Can I get a hug?" and he obliged and was really friendly about it. He asked me if I had a copy of RevRad, which I did, so I handed it to him and he took it. Later, I'm sitting in my seat and he came up to my section, asking if anyone knew where I was. I raised my hand and he was like, "Hey! I traded in your album for another ticket for the next show we're playing." This took place during a 20-minute nap. It was so cute, though.

  12. Last night I had a dream, possibly the weirdest one I've ever had. I was in a cold and snowy place (maybe Germany) with a famous Italian actor, Diego Abatantuono (yes, last evening I saw its latest film). Suddenly, with no reason, we started to fluctuate in the air, literally walking in the sky, from roof to roof. At a certain point, he told me we were going to Trè Cool's birthday party (I realized we were in Frankfurt and it was the 9th of December)... Strange enough!

  13. Yeah, and I'm actually ok with the lyrics now too - they capture nihilism quite well and I kind of can look past the fact that they're nonsensical because I enjoy the song.

  14. It's actually musically quite epic once you forget about the disjointed and nonsensical lyrics.

  15. You feel alive. You feel high. You feel rejuvenated. Suddenly everything seems nicer than it was before. Work/school doesn't suck as much as it did before. You won't listen to anything else but GD for weeks. But there is also a thing called post-GD-show-depression, at least that's what I experience. You feel slightly sick because you miss them already and it's like saying goodbye to a real good friend for a while. And you know that the only thing you need right now is another show. And then another one. And another one... Welcome to your first addiction.
