WHAT! To me Insomniac is their best album! Finally I don't agree with you lol5 points
-
Prostethic Head is great, as are Platypus and the Grouch. I love the naughty aspect of Nimrod. They should play these live.5 points

I've said this before and I'll say it again, Insomniac is one of the greatest punk albums of all time. Easily stands alongside Give 'Em Enough Rope.4 points

At least now I won't have to ask you every April, I can remember Hitlers birthday. I share a birthday with Elizabeth Hurley, we are often mistaken for twins3 points

I know a girl who has the exact same name as me. First AND last name. Same spelling.3 points

So does my baby niece, my dad pointed that out when she was born. It made things a bit awkward.3 points

Well, I fluctuate actually, ahem @Jane Lannister I would say it fluctuates between Warning, AI, 21CB and Rev Rad. @Tinkle not drinking, still working. Plus it is 4:45 Pm here I'm not that bad bitch. My two favorite people on this forum have a birthday in the same month, how cute is that3 points

I share most of your list, I'd just add Insomniac (can't say I'd put it there instead of Warning because I like it too much to say I'd ditch it) I'm proud to share a b-day month with Tink2 points

I am drinking too, can't you tell my posts improved? And I like reading yours.2 points

I am very sure If you consider Warning is absolutely my favourite album, I don't think it's too hard to see why the overwhelming heaviness of Insomniac is way too much for me. I don't hate it, but it would be the last album I would ever turn to. And really, Brutal Love alone does so much in terms of lifting those records.2 points
-
Exactly! I couldn't have said it better! Worse than the Trilogy!!! HOW?! Are you sure?! Just go back and listen to it. You need to be sure, I can't accept this < over dramatic This is worse than I thought2 points

A radio station here played Revolution Radio a few weeks ago. I was in the car and my dad was talking about something. I just interrupted him screaming "turn up the radio, turn up the radio". They rarely play Green Day here.2 points

Can we get back on topic please. This is random Green Day thoughts, general random thoughts is here: Thanks1 point

I have to run through Insomniac at least once a week! The first three albums too, even if I am gearing up for another bands show. Could never live without them and would have to say Insomniac is the one that hit's hardest every time. Wish to hell it would get a minimum of 4 songs in every set!1 point
-
Oh well I get it, but I like that heaviness this is where we differ, I'm your darker side Brutal Love is great I love it, actually I love few songs off the Trilogy it's not all bad To me it's a great album. It's like when you love something so much and you can't understand why anyone wouldn't like such an amazing thing. But I get it people have different tastes, there's nothing wrong with that1 point
-
Why? Everyone has different tastes, it should not away from your enjoyment.1 point

Insomniac is too heavy for me. I would even go so far as to say it's my least favourite, if you were to wrap up the Trilogy as one because Brutal Love and Drama Queen are miles above anything on Insomniac for me 🙈1 point

True true, Green Day re-memorization can wait until I graduate. I need my brain space for college.1 point

I didn't even remember how it sounded, but a quick look at the lyrics made me partially remember the melody. It is indeed a great one. I need to refresh my memory on the older songs, I used to have all that shit memorized.1 point

I've forgotten the existence of some Green Day songs due to having not listened to some albums in a long ass time, lol. Like I saw Android mentioned and I was like "wtf, is that a- OH RIGHT it's on Kerplunk."1 point

Yeah I was home for thanksgiving for college listening to rock radio for the first time since the album was released and they played Bang Bang and I was SO hype1 point

I heard them playing Still Breathing in Philadelphia on Monday Night Football tonight. An interesting song to play in the stadium1 point
-
A local radio started playing Still Breathing, it just came on a moment ago and I have to say this song keeps growing on me. I love it. I don't really mind the lyrics anymore and now I can feel more emotion in it that I originally would.1 point

I like how your example of good Trilogy bass is the Mother Mary rehash1 point

The bass is one of the few things that were stronger on the Trilogy than the rest of the GD albums from the 21st century. On pretty much every GD song ever, you can clearly hear the drums and guitar but it's so hard to hear the bass on so many songs unless you're trying really hard to listen out for it. 21st CB's biggest weakness to me is the lack of a bass (it's still my favourite album though)1 point

No because they think the song is called Time of your life.1 point
