I think it has, yeah. This is definitely the "proper" tour, if they tour this album again it could have a different name. That said, their previous big tours have had multiple legs with the same branding. I saw them twice on the Breakdown tour 8 months apart in the same city.
I fucking hate myself for saying this but back in mid july i posted on a different thread that i had a dream i met billie and told him how much ive loved green day for the longest time and he was noticeably happy and said see you on your birthday. My birthdays july 31st and i thought maybe that means he'll announce something on the 31st and he did and my dumbass prediction was right jesus christ.
Its not a Green Day reference
Most likely a Dead Poets Society reference

I LITERALLY JUST SAW GREEN DAY ON THE STREETS OF BOSTON??
I cunningly used the 'date appropriate' WMUWSE as a gateway song into both Basket Case and Boulevard of Broken dreams. All in all, a successful playlist hijacking.
I just watched an Emma Blackery video and she mentioned Green Day Nothing huge, I just get really irrationally happy when someone acknowledges their existence
"You just don't know these things. So don't be in any rush and just don't feel like there's a pressure to conform to a label. You know... oh god I sound like a punk kid who's like 12 and just listened to Green Day for the first time."
And I don't know if this has been mentioned before but in the Netflix series "Jessica Jones", they show Jessica's childhood room and there's a big Dookie poster on her wall
Until like 2009 they had merch from all eras there and it was great, you could get a Nimrod shirt or a Kerplunk scarf and all sorts of things. It's a shame they only sell new stuff now, I'm sure they're missing out on profit by not selling stuff with classic/popular designs that loads of people would want.
