I think you just can't put the release of a movie like Geezer and the release of a Green Day album on the same level. If that movie ever comes out, there's no way it will affect the plans for the new album. It's not like Geezer will win any awards or become popular worldwide. Not a big deal, really.

Yeah if it was a huge blockbuster film getting loads of attention and requiring loads of promotion etc it would probably have an effect on when the album was out. But with a low key independent thing like this I doubt it, just a spare time project separate from the band.

It annoys me at how little research they did. It's why I love the GDA article slamming them.

Why would it be from C&V?

I seriously doubt that they will coordinate Geezer with a new GD album. They are two totally separate things. Just because Billie starred in the movie does not mean it is related to anything GD will do.

I don't think geezer is gonna be box office smash - the album will be released when it's ready.?
