I take breaks from Green Day for just a bit and come back to them and it's amazing that I still love them so much. I normally lose interests in artists quickly, or just like a few songs here and there, but Green Day is so different for me. There's a Green Day song for almost every mood and emotion, so that's awesome too in keeping me interested.

Was that really necessary? Demolicious is an odd one. Sometimes I forget it exists, but when I remember, it always makes me very happy. I enjoy it, and something made them want to release that — and that something, I assume, was that they were dissatisfied with the trilogy's sound, or the public's reception of it. Or at least that's what I thought. Then they go and release that fucking Christmas song and my whole process of reasoning is completely destroyed.

Turned on Scuzz last night and it was showing the "100 Greatest Videos Of All Time", I was surprised to see Hitchin' A Ride at number 7. Very odd choice out of all Green Day's videos. But then again they had Kid Rock's American Badass at number 5 so it wasn't a particularly well put together list. Nice to see Hitchin' A Ride on TV anyway.
