  1. Really? Warning has some very serious subjects on it, a failing marriage, materialism, being an individual, not following the crowed, etc. It was a first step at tackling more serious subjects. I have always thought of it as a pre-cursor to AI. IT is a brilliant, more mature album than anything they had done in the past, up to that point. And, it is hardly over produced.

  2. ok I've been thinking this a lot lately; I can't be the only one to see a lot of similarities between the trilogy and Warning (not quite as good as their usual stuff, kinda weird/trivial topics for songs, overproduced) ...does that mean their next album will be as good as American Idiot?

  3. I'll try, mom. I promise. I agree. It's not a song I listen to often, but when I do, I'm always pleasantly surprised. It's so bouncy - easily the best AI b-side.

  4. Just my interpretation . I think it's probably more of a double meaning than just a dirty meaning , but knowing the band's sense of humour I can't believe that they'd write a line like "sometimes it gets real hard" completely innocently.
