I have been playing Bullet in a bible a lot in my car lately and it struck me today how I have seen this band live 4 times and I can't remember anything from the concerts except from the opening song. Was it so good that it just blew my mind all the way to amnesia?

Insomniac is the best blockbuster follow up for anything, ever. Music or not. They managed to tell everyone to fuck off AND make an all-time great punk rock album that is even better than the blockbuster that came before it.

It's VIDEO music awards. I can't think of many rock videos that made an impact in recent times the way pop and rap videos are at the moment. If rock bands want to win video awards they need to make creative and innovative videos that push boundaries, currently they're not. Billie should take note and make sure Green Day's next album comes with outstanding videos if he doesn't also want to be left in the dust by pop and rap acts who've stepped their video game up.
