  1. This reminds me, I really loved how even though Mike clearly didn't agree with what Billie was doing he still almost immediately started smashing his guitar right after Billie did just so he looked like less of an idiot. That's a true friend

  4. Regarding the iHeart talk, I don't really understand what part of Billie's rant Mike agreed with. He was either insulting everyone in sight or he was talking about being superior, which given the circumstances fell flat. As Juste Bro and others said, this subject always comes up. The reason being that it's one of the two major events that happened during last three years. In spite of that, there's no point in trying to make sense of it. A drunk guy was being ridiculous in public. There's nothing more to it. This wasn't about expressing an opinion, disagreement or protesting in the first place. Nothing to be held against him, either.

  8. Yeah, he actually did: http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/q-a-green-days-mike-dirnt-on-billie-joe-armstrongs-recovery-20130301#ixzz2MJBoTt1s Q: What was going through your mind as you saw Billie lose it on stage? A: You know, truth be told, I agreed with what he said, outside of mentioning anybody else. I know that's not Billie. But the bigger side of it – I actually agreed with the rant. But I was watching my friend and going, "You're out of your fucking mind."

  15. Just out of curiosity, any other GD fans here that aren't liberal Democrats? My views are pretty damn conservative and people are always shocked when they hear that I love Green Day.
