I finally watched the Irving Plaza concert. There was so much there, in hindsight. It was a week before iHeart. I'm not sure I would have picked up on it if I was there. He was out of tune the entire show, most of the time he looked like he was going to fall over. He did the stage dive during Holiday and it was from the top of a big speaker. I would say he was at least 10 feet, if not more, in the air. The poor bouncer didn't know whether to save him or kill him. They kept showing Tre shaking his head. When Billie got back on stage, Mike went over to Jason and said something. I think they just had no idea what he was going to do. He almost totally forgot the words to WICA and started singing stuff like Mike Dirnt is a dirty whore. Towards the end he was barely playing and he forgot alot of the words. Scary stuff. It's past coffee time.

On the Lithium radio station, sometimes before they announce a GD song, they will flash 2015 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee underneath. Then they will say a one-liner. The other day it was "From 924 Gilman to the Rock Hall, the punks have hit the big time.". Yesterday it was: "They helped shape an alternative generation." I know its silly, but I love hearing it.

Yep - it was scary stuff but shepherds bush was before then I think - you would think alarm bells would have been ringing & then would have put a stop to it. I remember everyone saying how epic the Irving Plaza concert was because of the length of the setlist but really it was billie in free fall.

I think I've literally listened to The Forgotten 3 times. And maybe once all the way through. Even if his voice does sound pretty, the track itself should have been a b-side or something because I could not think of a worse song to end a (very decent) trilogy. I'll take Makeout Party or Baby Eyes over that.

He didn't do much. He was fun to look at though.
