I'll never get over the fact that AI ends with Billie rhyming time with time.

I may have to slap you. Whatsername is the perfect ending to a perfect record. It conveys the sadness, frustration and despair that the character is feeling. The fact that Billie sang the song in a monotone is just brilliant.

It makes me feel better to believe that he's rhyming time with thyme and the whole thing is actually about a shopping list.

I think the Mother Mary video is one of the best they've ever done. I love the bizarre camera angles. You can actually see the hair on his hands.

Every time I see 39/Smooth written, I read it in the misaligned font, even though it's the same as everything else in the sentence.

It's not like I'm not committed to them. I just turned 18, I don't drive nor have a car, and the closest they play if not florida is Georgia, and how am I supposed to get up there? Like when they came south, I was probably 16 at the time, so yeah. And I have insanely strict Spanish parents so it's not like I could grab friends and adventure to a different state for a concert Oh well, hopefully they come back soon Whatttt. I went to the August show in '09 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami. That's the only show I've been to since my parents deemed me "too young" to see them when they came on the AI tour. Then again I was only 8 at the time, so maybe they were right But the 21st CB show Billie mooned us and his ass was on the big screen, so that was fun

All these bands are connected, that's what I love about East Bay punk. so really Fifteen's music isn't too far off from Green Day's. Jeff Ott formed Fifteen after leaving Crimpshrine, which was founded by Aaron Cometbus, who is Pinhead Gunpowder's drummer, and was Green Day's roadie on their early North American tours.

That's a contender too, but Stuck With Me, Westbound Sign and Geek Stink Breath are in the running too.

Yeah the lyrics are great and the music video is one of my favorites too.

I don't care that much about the closer, both Brutal Love and Good Riddance are great. The only thing I want from them for the next tour is to refresh their setlist. They have tons of great songs that they rarely (or never) playing live.

That's just really fucking weak. Blaming Green Day for someone's DUI would be like blaming Marilyn Manson for Columbine. Oh, wait. Speaking of Walking Contradiction, I love it. Not even so much the overall sound, but the lyrics are easily some of the cleverest Billie has ever written.
