  7. One of the guys in my Tang Soo Do class was wearing a Green Day shirt today and it turns out he was at the Emirates gig. It's like "I've found another one of my kind!" Though I scare all the casual fans away when they find out I've been to so many gigs

  8. I get slightly disappointed if the radio station doesn't play Jaded right after they've played Brain Stew. I know they're two songs but they're not in my books.

  9. Anne Hathaway mentions Green Day in an interview about her new film Q. In the film, your character’s brother is obsessed with music. Do you remember the first band or artist who made you feel that way? The first band that I freaked out for was Green Day. I turned 12 right around the time “Dookie” came out, and I was just completely obsessed with that album, knew every word. http://www.bostonglobe.com/arts/movies/2015/01/17/anne-hathaway-talks-about-music-and-song-one/MIP2beeUgRALSv4avdfIuN/story.html?p1=Article_InThisSection_Bottom

  12. In this line the middle east is being referred to as being the worst place you can possibly be in the world. While Anaheim the location of Disneyland, which calls itself "The Happiest Place On Earth". So Anaheim was used as it can be seen as the exact opposite to the middle east. Anaheim = Peace, Middle East = War. This is the way I take it anyway.
