1st song - Billie Joe was the only one involved, from what I can dig up.
2nd song - Iggy Pop song that features Green Day.
3rd song - Neither a U2 or a Green Day song. It's a U2 & Green Day song.
Yknow, i learnt something when i was 4 or 5... Jack and Jill went up the hill!!... you should use sort of these things, instead of a pun, yknow, it sounds like BUN, and makin' me feel like a GUN, ( a little hungry fellow, waiting for his pizza, which is about to come, ))
I view it less as a badass experiment saying "We'll do whatever we want!" and more of a semi-desperate "We're still relevant, dammit!" Which is pretty much all of Dos, really.
I love the "should I be concerned?" parts, I really wish they would put that on Dos or something. I also hate how Lazy Bones didn't have a demo on Demolicious
Not sure if this would be the right place to mention this (my apologies if it isn't), but I feel like some of the trilogy's songs could pull of being on an album by The Network (yes, I believe The Network was a Green Day side-project) due to their sound and lyrical content. Songs like "Kill the DJ," "Troublemaker," "Wild One," and some others, produced and delivered like Money Money 2020, would be an interesting thing to hear...
Corey Taylor from Slipknot did an interview with Larry King and was asked what he has on his iPod and one of the bands he mentioned was Green Day. Found that really interesting.

Geez, Billie grow a pair. You live in the real world and are a "rock star." Deal with the fact that the world has changed and everyone (including you) have cameras on their phones and take pictures constantly. Sorry you don't like the fact that people take your picture when you're out and about with the family but guess what? You're famous. People like to take pictures of famous people doing normal things. Deal. /rant over And Heather, I don't think those pictures were Jakob's. Just that he made the comment on his fb about them.
