  1. Every time I listen to Stop Drop and Roll!!! I'm completely taken aback by how utterly fantastic it is. It's a shame it couldn't have been released as an actual Green Day album to give it a bigger platform. (It's also a great Halloween album for whatever reason, so it'll be getting a lot of spins this October.)

  2. Oh, I've heard of them and I've heard Animal I Have Become but that's as far as it goes. But yeah, some of the mistakes on some lyric websites are hilarious.

  3. I don't know anything about Three Days Grace tbh But yeah, if I'm really struggling for lyrics I'll just use a website, like I did for this song. #3Deep5Me

  4. I just don't get how you could hear that. I don't have the CD. I usually do that though. Exactly. I have a Three Days Grace CD (you probably hate them) and some of the song lyrics have the wrong titles and others are repeated for two songs.

  5. Because the lyric books are always 100% identical to what Billie actually says/sounds like he says. Lyric books are for hipsters. Use your ears.

  6. Really? I always knew it was "here". You people need to read the fucking lyric books when you listen to your CDs for the first time.

  7. I've always heard "air" and I refuse to accept anything else. dude what

  8. I refuse to admit I've been wrong for my entire life. Just no. It's "air" pronounced like "here".

  9. I think the complete opposite tbh I probably always thought it was "better than air" because that fits with the 'novacaine', whatever that is.

  11. You and me both. And I believe it's someone's username here, BetterThanAir. O_O

  12. I always preferred "Better than here", myself. Fits better with the rest of the song, IMHO.

  13. Blood Sex and Booze, I'd like to think, is at least partly humorous, isn't it? Wouldn't call the lyrics depressing, though. Besides, depressing lyrics and uplifting music is an old trick, and it works. A fucking Disneyland, on the other hand, is just plain creepy. Since obviously someone or something must be doing it with it.

  14. It all depends on what deal was made with the artists. Jesse may have received a one off payment to do it while Operation Ivy may have agreed to not charge them at all, as long as they got the credit rights.

  15. In "Give me Novacaine," Billie says "Jimmy says it's better than here." I used to here it as "air" instead of "here." I kind of prefer the use of air. It's like Jesus was so addicted and overwhelmed by drugs that they were "like air" or like breathing to him.

  17. I don't really like how a lot of Green Day fans seem to dislike some songs purely because they're 'slow'

  18. RHS is easily one of their best songs. I don't consider the start slow, it's more tense, and the false releases continue building the tension so the release when the solo comes in is enormous.

  19. Insomniac is in my top 3 favorite Green Day albums. That is was so hated when it came out makes me love it all the more!

  20. I am the same way! I use Grooveshark or YouTube sometimes when I am at work, but it's just not right. I am obessive about having all my music properly labeled and all on my computer, and I also love to have the physical original albums of my favorite bands.
