For the first time in a long time I listened Uno with care. And actually I must say I have been quite harsh. It's nothing special but actually. ..its kinda fun album. Maybe one can after all dig the Trilogy if one does not take it too seriously. Ah, foolish prejudice and public consensus, they seem to sometimes rule our tastes more than our own ears... .... shame on me, I suppose? ps. DOS still sucks anyway

I don't understand the hate for Baby Eyes. I found it really catchy from day one. Some of the lyrics are kind of confusing, like when he talks about the killing and the babysitting, but the melody is really nice.

To be honest I don't find the lyrics of 21 Guns to be bad at all, or incomprehensible or anything. I like them. They make far more sense than that pocketful of shit called the Forgotten. The Forgotten is one of those songs I suppose I would enjoy with no hesitation if I didn't have the basic knowledge of English. Damn.

Green day are on the 'album pathway' opened in the new Barrowlands Park in Glasgow. It was opened as part of the commonwealth games which are in Glasgow this year! "The album pathway lists the names and dates of every band that has played at the Barrowlands since 1983, more than 2000 appearances." They're just beside the second 16 in the blue. I thought this was pretty cool, if I'm ever in Glasgow I'll take a proper picture this isn't mine lol. More info here
