yes. Waiting as a song tells how he waited for an audition. Macy Day Parade= night of the living dead= zombies= masks. Then American Idiot basically tells the story how he never became a Slipknot member though he tried and whatshername is his bitter goodbye.
Trilogy on the other hand is Billie revealing his faith in God, (trilogy= holy trinity). and finally turning away from devilish masks.
In Forgotten he still offers his forgiveness. "Dont look away from the arms of bad scream".
Since Slipknot is both bad and they do scream.
