Lol, it specifically says "HEAVY ROCK POSTERS" and then there's all these metal bands, and then Green Day and STP

Last week I bought the HotTopic vinyl versions of "Dookie", "Shenanigans" and "International Superhits!" from a seller at eBay, since the fuck faces from HotTopic weren't able to proceed with my order. I want to let some steam off, so here it comes: A few days before they were released, I asked when they will be available at their online shop, they answered me: "We don't know." - alright...So I ordered some stuff I don't REALLY wanted, but it would've been nice ("Dookie" Vinyl, "Slappy" shirt and a Linkin Park vinyl). Some hours later they put "Shenanigans" and "ISH" on the website - I was already saying: "Are you kidding me?" - but it didn't matter much. I cancelled the order #1 (for which I have a written confirmation). A week after order #2 I got an e-mail in which they ask for the credit card holder to call them for a verbal authorization. The same day I tried to call - I even looked for the time where HotTopic is located - should have been no problem, but there was the first problem: It's Thanksgiving (which I found out days later). So I wrote them a message in which I asked them to call me - no matter what time it is. Nothing came. I wrote them again. They said it's too late. They cancelled the order after 10 days because I failed to authorize the order. I tried to call them again (at a perfect time for them...no one answered me). So I asked if they want to treat me like an idiot or a customer <- they didn't reply to that, but they wrote me that I get a 10% discount if I call them and place an order....I (!!!) should CALL THEM and place an order...>.< And everytime someone wrote me, it was a different person EVERY TIME (AJ, Delilah, Mirella, Cynthia ...I'm sure I forgot one or two) So, back and forth...I will never order something from HotTopic again, and if you ever have a problem with them, just leave it...they don't answer questions, just if they have to and they treat you like shit.

i want them to work with the network or foxboro hot tubs, that would be good
