This guy who is now 33 looks back on his first Green Day concert in 1994. I found it pretty cool
This last series of images - including Mike being abused by the man in a horrible stripey suit, caused me to laugh out loud at five thirty in the morning. TOO MUCH.
I don't know why people always say that BJ's ''trying'' to be funny, like what, he failed telling jokes an he's the only one laughing at them, or stuff ?
I always find him funny, just seeing at his chubby face. (sorry)
That song isn't even that good compared to some of her other stuff. (At least I'm not a huge fan, but I don't like fun...) You should check her out.
When I went to see Pink, Yellowcard and Green Day in a year's time, my friend asked me if I only liked bands/artists with colors in their name. I didn't realize it until they said something.
This band called the "Foxboro Hot Tubs" played a some Green Day songs during their show a few days ago. It was pretty interesting, especially because they were songs from DOS. I don't know, maybe they are fans of Green Day.
Kerrang put out a list of "top 10 superbands", and as a bonus, they put together a superband they'd love to put together:
Vocals: Gerard Way
Guitar: Billie Joe
2nd Guitar: Lzzy Hale (from Halestorm)
Bass: Mark Hoppus
Drums: Joey Jordison (from Slipknot)
here's mine I was super happy when Mike noticed it at the Toronto show in April. made my life haha.
btw..it was super awkward to take that photo. ignore my stupid face
