Sorry but are people seriously saying that Billie's acting in Haunted was good?! We must not've been watching the same video. But that doesn't matter. Who knows how much better he could be years later and in a different role that he was already great at on stage? No one knows if it'll be good or bad unless he tries. And regardless of how good it is it could still be an interesting, mind expanding experience for him, and will still be interesting for us to watch either way. "It might not be very good" seems a pretty terrible reason for a performer to not try something new and creative to me.

i think people are just not used to seeing him on the screen in a different role, but people definitely shouldn't say that "he cannot act" or whatever and be negative just because this is something different and new that he's doing.

It's a movie version of the musical (rather than a movie based on the album) so I can't see it being anything other than a musical. They wanted to make a non-musical movie of AI when the album came out but that must've fallen through, they've only got an offer to make a movie because someone's seen the musical and its success and wants to make a movie of it. A non-musical version of the musical storyline would be a bit weird come to think of it, it'd be pretty far removed from the album.

Why would they make a movie based off a broadway musical based off a music album and not make it a musical?

He's a damn good actor, have you seen that clip from Haunted? That Christmas one was intentionally bad, and it's pretty obvious.

Face it, this movie is far from seeing the light of day let alone played from the light of a projector. This lil' bit of info is useful to know but I highly doubt we're gonna see this movie for a long time, if at all.

Right now I really have no opinion about this aside from AI shouldn't be a movie. Just let it be the amazing album it is.

So I watched the video and I really don't understand what everyone is upset about. If people think that's random fan, I HIGHLY doubt it. They have security guards for a reason. I think it was just a friend or crew member. And as someone else pointed out he's laughing. If it was some rabid fan I don't think he would be laughing.

I agree with Iva. Don't understand how anyone thinks those things are cool or funny... just because someone is famous doesn't mean it's okay to invade their privacy. Obviously it happens to all famous people but it's not like it's something pleasant. Then people wonder why they're occasionally in a bad mood
