Depends how you define 'meeting', haha..! I've definitely had lots of crazy moments of concert interaction, most of them with Billie But yeah, I've met Mike, as in talked to him. It was in a coffee shop the day before their latest show in Oslo; me and a friend went up to him and even though I was freaking out on the inside I somehow managed to keep cool on the outside, and we chatted for a couple of minutes, while he got his coffee and my friend bought some ice cream. Since there weren't any other people there who knew him I didn't want to make a fuss, so I didn't ask for a picture or an autograph or anything, and I definitely haven't regretted that at all. He seemed a little apprehensive at first, but relaxed when he realized we weren't gonna scream at him lol, and he was really really nice to us, even though he said he had just woken up and so this was before his morning coffee. XD We just talked about the show the following day, and how the tour had gone so far, and in the end he handed me and my friend a guitar pick each before we said goodbye and left. Aww, it's been a while since I thought about this - thanks for making me relive it! I'm really glad that my first (and so far last) time talking to them was with Mike! I really don't know if I could handle talking to Billie, and Tré just scares me, so...

I met them backstage at the VMA's. Best night ever!! Well I met Tre in the pit and everyone else in the back.

I met Tré once, Billie twice and Jason Fresse and Jeff Matika as well. But wasn't their a thread like this already?

I've never met them and had a real conversation with them. But I got to go on stage with them in June 2010, and also snatched a picture with Billie and got a few autographs when he did his run as St. Jimmy in February. He remembered me after a few nights. Amazing!

I got a wave from them outside their minibus a few years back, was bit gutted cause we waiting for about 4 hours to say hey to them. I would like to say id be really cool around them but id probably end up acting like i 12 year old girl. I am a huge Jimmy Eat World fan (actually on par with GD on my fav band), and last year i was sat in a bar after seeing them, and Jim Adkins came and sat on the chair next to me, i literally tried to compose myself and soon as i tried talking to him i ended up like a little girl. So if i was like that to him, i would be so bad if i actually meet Green Day
