Fuck 'em. At this point i dont even care if TH win. We all know that Green Day is a bigger band with a much bigger fanbase than TH. Let's not sink as low as the TH fans who trash-talk us and GD. It's pathetic. At least we're honest people and no matter how it ends, we still know that Green Day would have won if it was an honest competion. With that said - i still vote as a maniac!!!

Well I just signed up here and this is the 2nd band forum I've ever signed up for! Evanescence was my first haha, I am a die hard fan and I have been voting for 3 days nonstop. I had 3 different phones and a computer last night. I love both MCR and Green Day! I didn't vote either way because I like both so much but now I am voting for Green Day...I will spread the word to my fellow Evheads. I'm not to sure they will be up for it though, we are all exhausted and voted like mad last night to no avail. Good luck guys I'll be here voting a much as I can but I can't say I will have full speed like I had for Ev these past few days, since I'm exhausted!

Well, the real power of GDA's votes will kick in later on. Most of our visitors are American + an update will be posted to Twitter/Facebook as a reminder. I'll make sure the official accounts also help through the day. Don't worry, we can still do this. Everyone just keep voting while we wait for our back-up to arrive. Also - I'd ask that you guys not suggest they're cheating just because we're losing. It's an easy cop-out to say "we only lost because they cheated." I would say that's good or bad depending on which Bush you're talking about if it's the band, then that would be rude but epic (especially considering how much Cd's cost if you buy them instore. the least I've ever spent on a Cd is like 5$ and that was only maybe one or two. All others have been 7$+) but if it's former pres. then I've got my knife ready xD

It amazes me that the Green Day fanbase wasn't included in the NME awards contest for "best fan community" considering how willing and spirited the GD family is
