OK we all know we are not allowed to talk about it being released next year because it hasn't been fully confirmed than why don't we talk about and post and updates John Roecker puts for Heart Like A Hand Grenade. When ever a new one is posted by him I will edit this post and put it here. August 26: new still from my new film Heart Like A hand Grenade out next Year...... [Pic 1] [Pic 2] September 2nd: It is 6:30 in the Evening- and the DV Deck has been installed and I am now starting to log in 300 hours of Green Day footage for the extras. First tape in Ocean Way Day four- Tre going drums. So in an hour I will have only 299 hours to go until finished. May god have mercy on my soul. September 2nd: Okay first tape finished for Heart Like a Hand Grenade Extra now on tape 2- Fast Foward to Capitol records - recording guitars for Homecoming- yep I should of labeled the tapes and put them in order..argh September 2nd: Okay it is now 10:36 and I have logged 5 tapes so far..Billie singing Search and Destroy by Iggy and the Stooges. Guitars and Bass for Jesus. Okay I will stop updating you guys ..or will I? 250 hours to go September 2nd: Yep it is 12:47 and I am logging Green Day footage for the extras for the DVD and you are there right with me..this is portion of the Show is dedicated to Brad Thomson who should be doing this for me..oh also you get to see Live Freaky dolls. enjoy September 3rd: It is now Day 2 of Logging tapes for the extras for my Green Day film Heart Like a Hand Grenade- I have done 18 hours so far and sometimes I forget what an amazing experience it was and I can see it again. I am humbled to be part of the record but I still need a back rub September 7th: Happy Labor Pain Day Everyone- and speaking of Labor I am on only tape 32 September 13th: I have reached tape one hundred for my DVD extras for HLAHG- and the tape was the Networks dress rehearsal from the Key Club- How the hell did that one get in there? Oh well 200 more to go (Please kill me). September 17th: Now that half of the tapes have been logged I now have to watch all of it and write what it is..this is Capitol Records. Doesn't work any more but you can download it here. September 19th: Tape number 167 - John makes his appearance in HLAHG- Not to be used but I thought it was funny that I actually used a tripod. I guess I was going for a pee brake which is odd because usually I just peed in my pants when I was filming. [Pic] September 21st: Ladies and Germs I have now finished logging HLAHG and look a make a cameo! Don't worry the film doesn't look this shitty- I just took a photo of it on the moniter cos it was super cute. Now Dean get your ass over here we got another movie to make! [Picture] September 27th: Kerrang magazine just hits the states and has stills from my Green Day movie coming soon. Thanks Kerrang. Always been behind all my films [Picture] September 29th: Excited to be working with Mike Moore on the Green Day extras. I told him to approach the subject like this. You uncover footage of The Beatles recording Sgt. Pepper and this is how we will make this film. And Mike I am not a monster to work "cough" September 30th: I am drunk..and I am really happy that I came up with a new idea to add to the Green Day extras. Made amazing progress with Micheal today.. He leaves in a few days then I am fucked.. hopefully we can get it done.I love working with this kid he is a great talent. Any editors in Los Angeles?

Tripe, for the Spring Awakening hair, all the boys had interesting hairstyles (except for maybe Melchior's). But for Moritz, if I remember correctly, in the original German play, Moritz' hair is described as 'sticking up on end,' which they intrepreted into that hairstyle for Act 2. I've talked to Kevin, who's the head hairstylist of Idiot and was on the Spring Awakening tour, about it. He said that it was difficult to keep it flat on top. Heh. I loved Johnny's and Esper's tweets last night: @JohnGallagherJr: I do believe I just saw the most inebriated Christmas carollers I've ever seen on 9th avenue. Happy Holidays indeed!
