Fuzz
On NPR this morning! http://www.npr.org/2013/11/25/246574162/foreverly-yours-billie-joe-armstrong-and-norah-jones-get-close Thanks for sharing, I've made this into its own topic. Quite good. I especially liked Billie's answer about how this tied in to his rehab. It's something that I think many of us might have had on our mind, it is interesting to hear it asked. laurie_black
I can't listen to it yet, what does he say? The interviewer asked Billie Joe if doing this kind of a record was an effort to get to a different place in his life. He answered: "No, I don't think so. You know, I love projects, I like to work hard and I don't really want to think of it as any sort of cathartic experience."

Mar
YAY THEY WERE ON NPR, this means that all the old people will buy the album now And don't forget about the hipsters! Actually, I think the marketing they've done for this is pretty smart. I just wish they'd do performances for it! I can so see Mr. Colbert sitting down with them. GDM
YAY THEY WERE ON NPR, this means that all the old people will buy the album now And the New York Times...double the old people, lol. And by the way, a co-worker mentioned this interview to me today, so it's certainly reaching a whole different crowd.
